in my early school days, students were respecting teachers,neighbours,staff,and house servants. their was exceptions who use to misbehave. now the story is different students do not fear at all they are not obeying them. few days back a student caught hold of teacher,broke his buttons and tore his kurta,the student next day brought his parents with wrong allegations. the main reason behind it is because the parents are relying on their children,believing them blindly,and complainig in school. this is giving a great loss to common those who create nuisance in classes generally come from rich families and they are taking private coachings and tuitions. but due to few proudy chidren who make disturbance in classes, and do not behave properly with teachers has made teachers to teach formally,due to fear of chargesheet ,memo on complaints, which are mostly not genuine they simply teach or give lecture and go away. they are least bothered what the back benchers are doing ,playing on mobile,gossiping,or reading non subject material. what the teacher can do, he have support from nowhere . neither from college management,law,govt. adminstration,or parents. i know many teachers who suffered of personal losses in false cases involvement. suspension. they faced hardships during the period till they got justice. leaving exception the teaching profession is pious and we all should respect them either students or parents. indi had been famous for gurus and shisyas...why to break tradition..... love to students ,blessings, and regards to all my teachers.

why i chose blogger,facebook,orkut or hpage
i started with orkut. my chidren said papa you are too old to new friends,i told them that i will use all in different way. one of my parttime student who use to take my help for writing articles,essay etc suggested me to write blogs. i did not knew how to open sites,he helped me and opened one for me i started writing, then my daughter was to prepare for admission for journalism. i started writing guidelines for her. she now is a journalist,but my interest continued in writing from books,journals,newspaper to blogs. i dont know how many people view it but i am sure that to those i have given my site and others my friends on orkut,facebook,blogger.com,google reader etc are generally discussing on my views. they suggest me new topics to cover . i study on different topics and write a summarise blog on it .most of my juniors discuss or ask their queries after reading my papers,articles and now also blogs.

SO MUCH OF INFORMATION WITH LESS LABOUR ,IT SAVES THE PRECIOUS TIME OF THOSE WHO ARE PREPARING FOR HIGHER COMPETETIONS.

are we aware
earlier for cold cough diorehia,stomach pain,head pain vomiting etc we use to take some known medicines and we were cured. but now due to so much pollutoion, dirty surroundings,dirty water,fast food,unhygenic manufacturing,adulterated eating products,coloured vegetables uncontrolled use of preservayives,pesticides,greed to earn more money and no consideration of final effects,synthetic milk.ghee.panir,khoa,and even fake medicines it is not easy to diagnose the correct reason of trouble. even the senior doctors if their medicine not work within three days go for pathology tests,though many people say dueto commission but the reason behind it is that they are helpless. the resistance power of people have increased due to use of higly used manure farming,poultry with use of vaccines. the same is used for milk giving animals. so the symtoms of a disease are visible after some time and by that time the diseasese has spreaded well in the body the severe infections are even visible after weeks in many cases.
so what all i want to tell do not depend on your aids,or medicine by yourslf or a non qualified doctor, may be you are late and you have to spent more to save little doctors fee. do not wait if not cured for 24 hrs. by your locality advisor or your self cure every symptom is not of same disease be careful and visit a govt. hospital.social server dispensory,or a qualified doctor only and be safe...

teaching standard
in our times we always had regular classes. all our lectures teachers,professors,use to regularly come to take periods. good attedance was on record and necessary.all those students who wanted to studt use to stay and those who not wanted to study use to dissappear. there was very less coachins attended. only weak students took coaching.those who to appear exams of different groups like c.p.m.t., engineering admission exams. use to take help of private tutors/ maximum students gave exam by school teaching only. nobody to take coachings in all subjects.
but these days degree classes arealways found with no teacher,why the adminstration of colleges looking to it. results are declared late. inspite of assurances still the admissions are not comlete. students have not got marksheets,many students of B.A.,of st johns college agra have not got marksheets till august. when admissions,and when studies. something should be done for imrovent and lecturers and orofessors to sincers

why no attention
we all are facing many problems in our daily life but due to corruption and admin. failure,and no fear due to shelter either on the name of minority,political support,personal benefit,reservation,unions,or support of antisocial elements,the servants are immuned not to work.
i am often going to govt deptt.s,for many works. i never found every concerned on his table,on inquiry it is told ,gone on site. surprisingly even nobody to receive the applications,counter employees on cash also go on site. when the officers who are responsible for checking will come late who to fear.
the same case was with electric bill counters earlier,we use to stand in big ques,but now easy to deposit,all come on time,no corruption,easy and pleasant handling. because they all are answerable and properly managed. they know that they will be sacked if no good results. the tendency of not to work sit idle,delay is that nobody is having fear of action because all have support of somebody,they will come forward to save them. its a complete chain of corrupt people whose aim is only to earn money by unfair means. nobody is responsible for their country,or city,and they not let work the right employees,they are discarded for not being fruitful because they do help in upar to bhee pahuchana hai.....arey kab tak pahuchaoge ,...see also for country and nation,those who support these deed to get their illegal works done should be also identified,why should the correct taxes not go to govt and development of country may be fast........

the reality
we feel proud by hearing speeches of our ruling leaders on many occasions. but ever the aristocrats or bureaucrats have verified anywhere that actually what had been spent,or how much %has reached to the needy. it is well known that a big part is extracted on way and goes to the wrong pocket. this one late p.m., accepted in his lifetime. he had a vision of panchayet raj, so that the the funds may go through less persons and tables. i do not say all are corrupt but are there otherwise we must have seen more developments in towns,villages,and slum areas. max. is spent in urban areas,and less people are ready to take work in village areas because their is less profit in comparison to urban.
the urban areas have many schemes of n.m.p. ,development authorities,special day schemes,state plans,central plans. m.p., and m. l. a. quotas. the attention is always on rural ares,due to more population in cities and metros,and villages having large areas are deprived of development.
special plans (yojnas)can be passed to develop rural areas,and health facilities ,good roads, schools,inter and degree colleges of high standards,this is needed very soon to stop migration of rural people to urban areas. licenses for new enterprise to be planned in backward areas to bring up the standard of such localities,
more attention need to be given for allied industries of farming products. assistance can be given to develop such cottage industries by the concerned deptt. if we provide equal facilities the people will love to stay there itself and people will also return to their villages after retirement which they not do now because they fear that their development will stop.
so i mean to say that proper planning and equal distribution of schemes is very necessary without partiality. simple speeches will not work and if we want to improve the economy of the country,the slogan

to made true and we can hope for less rush cities,less polluton,peaceful atmoshere, and successful planning.
i request ball party leaders to come forward for the development of villages and backward areas,and give the part of their allied funds for development of such areas, and also monitor and check that the grants are utilized properly. now we need that max. money should be spent on work and should not go to wrong pocket. such found involved involved in extracting national money should be identified,punished,blacklisted,terminated,and if political should be banned by party for next elections. then only position can improve if the culprits have fear and know that they are also watched,checked or monitored. hoping for good.

the fasts are a must for the followers of Islam.
a month long fast before eid-ul-fitar is farz for Muslims,and namaz of eid is wajib for all Muslims. actually besides religious importance,it is also overhauling rest to digestive system for a certain period,maintenance of body.
the roza starts before sunrise at the pre-fixed time and finishes at sunset at the time of magrib ki namaz. the rozdar do not take anything from sunrise to sunset as per time fixed,this gives rest to body and the body has to work less during this period. in evening the body revives fast due to rest and more energy is gained. and offering tarabees between isha namaz help to digest food besides prayers. so i mean to say that Islam tells method to adopt which also keep you fit and your daily routine also fixed .this is universal truth that routine work and habits keep you away from diseases and keep you totally fit .so keep rozas,(fasts) and enjoy your life.

due to no awareness
due to no awareness and illiteracy, people are not getting the deserving facilities. we can look towards few small things
many people living below poverty line are not having the b.p.l. and those who should not have continue the same still continue the same. its due to lack of onside verification or vice versa .no official get the verification done at the address. simply the the ration shopkeeper do the job. those who got the facility earlier and new the norms are alone enjoying the schemes. why the verification is not done every three years to detect the improver,who should be out of this category,and benefit to go to the people who are living in slums,and deserve b.p.l.
the other area to be checked is proper verification of gas connections, fake connections to be canceled and allotted to those who require it and purchasing gas in high prices. how they have cylinders without connection nos ,it should be normalized by allotting proper papers. that is only possible by strict home delivery.i.o.l. can revise delivery cost,and proper seal to be developed,and a stropping check of weight during transit is very necessary. up till when the consumers will bear the transit losses from go down to consumer. ...it is not very easy to check the wt. by a common men .random and regular checking can minimize and the gas agencies will have to cooperate and send their people to cross check after supply. simply checking by adhoc staff will not stop the misuse of subsides gas supply and simply show piece commercial cylinder is not the solution of misuse ,monthly consumption or refill should also be seen. up till when the the consumers will get late delivery due to wrong users.
the other field highlighted by me in my previous blogs also is equal n. m. p. house tax ,water tax and sever tax . why no equal tax in same area,covered area. why separate norm for right or wrong ,when they enjoy the same facility .why the tax is not calculated seeing the map of the house.why the inspection is not done on site before recovering the tax, why discrimination and norms not followed and huge losses are incurred to govtt. being a r.t.i. member i will also get information regarding this matter in national interest ,and proper tax recovery will also reduce unnecessary increases which can be easily managed.
