i am not agaist anything .my concern is always for peace and development,no exposyre to those who want to get exposure and publicity by coming before camera by giving such statements which show their supremacy or want to bring forward themselves as heroes or the only nominees of society and their decision is binding to all. in my previous blogs also that in a democratic structure statements should come common not personal. the opinion of shahabuddin or jilani the advocate of autonomous body are personal. not the verdict of total community. i appreciate that political parties in majority leaving one or two clearly gave statement after meeting of their members, and the statements were uninamous of all party idealogy. this is the only way to convey a message and controversies and lacunas will never occur. any body is free to give it views and they cannot be taken for granted that they are admiisable to all. always writing that national matters should not be published by news papers or t.v. channels which they feel are of no importance. yesterday many channels stopped the telecast of few who were going out of topic. thanks to the controllers and producers of channels for this cooperation. title of the news selected should not be of double meaning and should be easy and clear to common. all do not understand law or terminology which sometimes less edicated even not understand.
the other method of creating love and harmony is appreciation of those who have given sensitive statement. nation and national benifits are above ambitions to be famous, politics,and sometimes religion. we all are esteemely grateful, thankful,the fonders and makers of constitution of INDIAwho framed a beautiful constitution .it was their efforts and knowledge that they made it in the way that nothing may be a hindrance in the development of india. in first ten years the development was as the vision of great freedom fighters. but slowly some opportunists entered in all paties, and diverted the parties from thieir ideologes for their personal ambitions,persnal interests etc. and when m
few took advantage in increasing their wealth and their families many other started copying for getting same status or wealth. leg pulling started, many new parties originated. the society divided in many. the parties started to fight for their survival and existance. people divided in many idealogies,the vote was divided and weak governments were formed. low %of representation got opportunity to rule though it was not a representation of very less percentage of citizens. people lost interest in elections. reelections occured, many minority governments got an opportunity to rule. when the parties lost the majority or number they took help of new methods which you all know. that were also temporary and the deserving parties startted getting less numbers. the concept of coalition governments came and development of the country faced a halt. because of many parties and different views and idealogies country could not get concrete planning and projects,due to less attention of govt the opportunists took advantage and prices hiked,the growth was not as expected,the antisocials and corruption entered in govtdpartments due to no stabilty. .in the end the few earned but mass could not rise from poverty,crime and corruption. so we shuld make a good atart and look forward for a proressed nations as many leaders of ruling and oposition of different states gave yesterday . yes all are with those leaders may be they are of any party we hope for industrilisation and development like gujrat and other southern states who have less involvement in unrequired controversies and are toward development. backward are few sttes who thought less of development except for their concerns. hope that all indians and nationalists of any caste,creed or religion will unitedly work for advancement,removal of poverty,reduce corruption.will help the government to fight agaist antisocials,corrupt,terrorists,money makers by unfair means and give education to their children. work for hygiene,health,and good living . this will make our country more beautiful and those who are oppotunists will themselves neutralised and a glorious history will be written of india. we will again get the importance as it was in the time of nalanda university. in the time of samrat ashok,akbar and the vision of our grat leaders known or unknown wil be completed and seen. that will be a ramraya, that means peace,prosperity,fame and a clean and beautiful nation, INDIA,definitely it can be true if we all unite together to work for its development. healthy,prosperous,and peace itself make man sensible becuse he is free of tension

still few are not understanding

ywsterday the court order in mass was welcomed. the role of media again was not responsible. the direct telecast was not edited and many were shoting.nothing was very clear. how a person can summary a 10 thousand page judgement in few minutes. experts will take many days to give the summary . the lady lawyer who was seen on screen first was giving some other news. though the court had directed that no explaination in your own way is allowed. the media will give its comments only after complete stugy. the instruction s was not followed.every body was in hurry to give the situation. at last few channels from their studios cleared the court decision. again it was seen that the concerned advocates first highlighted their point which were in the favour of their client. the bar council of lawyers gave the clear details and then people knew the facts.
the highlighting of one point again and again by many channels was objectionable. the starting bacground of the news was again objectionable. media again by direct telecast of views of a person which were not favourable at the moment created some controversies. i will write to channels to increase their t. r.p., they edit the programmes before telecast and the points raised which can be not favorable should be at once censored. many times the regulatory authorities have directed to telecast only after pre view. a foolish statement of a single person who also not have national importance and do not represent the mass should not be telecast. in india their are many acharayas,advocates,leaders of self styled organizations but they are not represntatives of mas of muslims or hindus. this the public have to decide. i am mentioning of a direct telecast of a channel at studio and some nand was asked to give views and instead of telling for or praising the decision he started commenting of independance period leader and stating comparing with the advocate of jilani the wakf board advocate, may be wakf board a autonomous body could not beableable to convince the bench of high court. .his statement to go to supreme court is not to be decided by him .mr. jilani is not the authority to decide for muslims..he is simply the advocate of wakf board and this news also the media showed again and again. the request by the leaders as usual in same language was keep peace and harmony. this is done before, not a good impressive speech came from any leader which have changed few minds. but why again and requests for harmony when the citizens of india were on their words that they will accept the order of court. few could not resist to play politics by giving immature statement blaming each other if something happens. really on such occassions also leaders give immature statements like fulfilment of requirement on such occassions. this gives the weak point to opportunists and even terrorists. never any leader should tellit weaknesses in public. this is against tacticts,and sometimes blaming others give clues. the exact mistake i will highliht on any other occassion. the wise statement must have been after many hours. that we the .....is exremely thankful to the citizens and nationalists of india that in such moment they showed love and peace and we hope that in future we will all find out the solution. thanks again to .but being on such important portfolios they do not understand that crores hear news by radio and few must be thinking that there is something wrong not coming in news somewhere that is why every body so big leader is saying to keep peace. we shold not forget we are very backward in education. many even dont know wgat is h/c. or s/c/ i cannot understand when the speech writers of big desidnateds will change the language and no same old requests every time whether they match or not. i love the sppeches ;eaders give of their own ideas seeing the situation not worried to create politics every time. i really appreciate the statements of many parties which were very mature and far above expectations. yesterday i was overwhelmed to see the national sprit and now it is definite that by controlled statement and guidance INDIAcan achieve the goal of its development. definitely if more education is given and the facts are made clear and people give respect to all religions the fame of india its culture and love definitely we will forget the differences created by oppotunists. now we can fight against terrorism,statism,castism, communalism,and crime,corruption, and can throw out the arong entered in politics by the power of vote and democratic process. now it is a new message if the leaders and other represntative do not come to any conclusion we can take the verdict by election of the whole community as it was practised earlier by many companies to know the comments of people. easy in india a census by the people to resolve the problem. again thanks to true nationalists and i am also very happy that the facts of history i wrote and quoted were correct.

wise decision

today what a good decision high court has given. i appreciate that they not gave any chance of controversies. i thank all petitioners and the statement of important organisation including of mr. bhagwat, statement that it is not a victory or defeat of any body. definitely it will help to create harmony and love among all religions and humanity. option of review and settlement is now an option. though it was passed earlier in parliament that status of all religious places will be maintained and ayodya dispyte was an exception. the court has also cleared that the masjid was not constructed by babur. this the court has accepted unnamously that ram mandir will be on the same land where the idol of ramlala known afterwards as shri ram will be constructed on the same site at present. the birth of shri ram in ayodhya is undisputed ever and is acceptable to all residing in indian subcontinent. the predecessors of muslims are indian and nobody can disagree on it 99%muslims originated from india and few mixed coming from outside. even mangols and successors of timur a turk originated moughals. . so indian muslims converted from indians,in iran from persians, in europe from europians and in many other countries from their existing races arabs,turks,mesopotamese in iraq and nearby and blacks in south africa. this is the reason their are punjabi speaking muslims and hindu both same case in the sindh. many religions spreaded in world like judaism,christianity and others. indian civilization is very old from the times of sindu ghati civilisation which gave the name to people living nearby hindus, resembles to indus river. due to green land invaders were always attracted. mohammad sahib also discussed hindustan with his followers, because those days also indian products use to go to mecca and other nearby countries through boats. . not found inwriting but verbally uttered that he praised india for many products.
so again coming on these days happenings reallythe faith and assurance by all in judiciary is worth praising and if efforts are there in future all will understand the values of love and emotions and easy settlement will be possible. and some hindrances if any is required by other community can be done . and the country will look towards the progress of country. and surely a beautiful india.

LAW AND ORDER

law and order situation is basically the duty of administration. proper and wise on spot decisions can prevent adverse situation. but as i have written in my many blogs that antisocial elements are always seeing towards such incidents. we even see in road incidents calamities etc. that such ase are induldged in looting etc. this is their profession to take advantage. so only such recorded criminals may be they have taken shelter of politics should not be spared. the biggest support the social and national leaders can give by supporting administration ,by being vigilant,and inform the admin. immeditely without any fear. authorities to support such and kept confidentia; so that such supporting nationalists may not be in trouble afterwaeds. ...there are few elements inside the dept. who generally leak confidental either sometimes in grudge or in corruption. always there is fear from internal elements,as i wrote earlier that opportunists have always harmed the humanity,sometimes on such occassions some even take revenge. so political people should feel this responsibility that they should give decent statements and never in hurry or favour. it is their responsibility to help the administration which is of no party they have to follow the instructions of all govts . constituted by any party. let them work fairly. the losses are always of nation the economy of country is effected,these are the hindrances only that due to antisocial and ppportunists,india could not achieve target of growth and development....
see the situation in pakistan due to human tendency of doing wrong and even in pakistan and many other muslim countries their are no fights due to religious matters ut then also they are always facing disturbances. why ,and what i want to highlight that these antisocials or opportunists are always behind them to fulfil their ambitions by unfair means. the biggest example is of usa. of tower blast, the internal antisocials only for the greed of money or may be fair gave the chance to antisocials to do their act. the plane were in their hands and they gave lot of time to them to redirect the flights.atonce reaction and presence of mind and if the co passengers must not have feared for lives which afterwads they lost started crying .how it was not possible that one or two could not be managed. the weapons they had must have killed few but the life of lakhs must have saved. the reason behind is that people care of their own they are not bothered of others,or help at the cost of their safety of thmselves. of this thieves, looters,chain snatchers, criminals are taking advantage and their moral are high and they do their act without fear. they are the people only nearby the incident to detect the criminal.some can note vehicle number,one or two can inform police,few can run after them i saw in my area that many instead of running after the culprit enquire of the quantity and if even said to follow prevent or change their direction. either they are escorting the culprits or do not want to take risk or be in controversy due to long judicial process. i had many times written that the witnesses statement to be recorded once in writing and also in video and to be considered final. the opposite counsel can find out lacunas in it if he considers that his client is not getting advantage,due to long process people neglect help.,and the cases pending for years witnesses forget the episode and make mistakes and the culprit get advantage....

so what i want to say is that public is never aware of facts i was surprised that even educated who not knew that today on 24 the supreme cort have simply give its decision that the petitioner petition is allwed or dismissed. they wre saying that today on main case decision will come. see how much lack of awareness and fact, what they will decide or do. even a principal of a college of nearby city of agra was uttering a speech to the students that we have won on tuesday and the hildren clapped. but actually except tripathi every body had won. this is that even the teachers on whom is the duty of future generation are misguiding and not telling the facts. how to hope for a good society. due to this only i always suggest that appointments of teachers and control of schools should be in the hands of non political bodies under the ministries of government,state or central. those schools who run religious education may do seperately on choice no compulsion in those premises they have for such but school campuses must not be allowed for those activities which are not of sylabus. common sylabus of state and cental bodies is essential so that chlidren may learn the facts, and the teachers transferable in same category school to finish their monoply. govt aided schools should be in direct control of govt if not acceptable to some then they should run from their own sources. attention needed to finish the nurseries of communal feelings. a real fact. communals are the part of all religions and society always. great reforms needed to eliminate them. ALMIGHTY GOD CAN ONLY TEACH THEM THE REAL RELIGION AND VALUES AND REFORMERS HAVE IN WORLD TIME TO TIME TO FINISH THE EVIL . since the birth of earth thusand of years ago many times earth developed to maximum and then vanished, and re developed as in holy ramayana, and holy mahabharata, their is mention of pushpak viman, erection of weigtless bridge from rameshwaram to shri lanka, weapons used by shri ram army and lankapati ravana of some of which still do not exist and all were then researched by europian scientists in their own way. the concept and idea they got from indian historical books and literature. indians could not preserve the technology due to many calamities,floods,fires,,no awareness to presrve. .since the times of shri ram and shri krishna india and asia have faced lot of geogriphical changes,ecological changes and it is very hard where such weath which india had is buried .due to no old maps and old records yet research and expeditions are needed to find the old historical sites. all new cities mentioned in the maps were marked in british times, but yet all cities mentioned in old literature are not searched. old cities move from old site to new due to adverse situation as old delhi developed as new delhi in the time of british. agra which originally in the time of sher shah suri was in sikandra. in the time of babur developed near rambagh and etmad ud daulah to get safety by river yamuna, and in the time of akbar more resideces were in tajgung and near rawatpara, due to near to agra fort and was in very limited area surrounded by small abadi pockets of then villages, like sikri, bodla, and near dariyanath mandir which later called raja ki mandi and as soon the population increased the housing developed near mandis and gungs the commercial exchange places of sellers and buyers. being a capital it became a big trading centre and naearby unused plces developed in residential areas. this is the reason agra not looks a planned city and narrow lanes somewhere big maidans gave a ugly look to the old city and the rolers never gave attention to make it a planned city. still agra could not be planned except some developed due to highway and few colonies. but never effots were done to do something practical. this is the reason agrites were involved in other activities, they were never aware how the oppotunists take advantage of them by misguiding for their benifit and unfair means and such opportunists can be found all over the world.....

so in contination as i was saying that prevention of such disturbances which can be soled by court and government religious leaders scholars the scholars and learned teachers intervention can save huge national revenue which is spent in securty,safety and safety of leaders,to fight against evil and wrong is only due to unawarenes of facts,law,reality,politics, etc, of the advantage taken by opportunists. the main draw back of our country is that the creamy never approched for a riht policy to educate people. the kings kept the general to hand to mouth so that thay may not be united and throw them out. if mass will be backward they will not appose for any thing and in those days people use to pay interest for whole life and then also their principal amount use to stand as usual and the educated by his literacy use to charge interest for generations. and many other drawbacks. their is a famous proverb if you want to vanish any civilisation dont give that socety education themselves they will do mistakes and finish. the wise have always taken advantage of innocent illiterates. the britishers also made schools for rich not for common ,they knew that if they will be educated they will understand our policy and it will not be possible to rule. as soon few indians got an opportunity to study law in abroad we got so many freedom figters who were able to get independance. they boycotted their products,started using country made products, etc. .this happened in many british ruled countries, their economy faled they could not bear the expense of their forces all over the world. the country people by learning new technologies started their own production houses .like birlas, tatas and many others and startinted compteting with the impoted products. the home industry of even arms profits went down and inthe cumulative reasons forced to leave and free the countries of english dominion. they could not bear the revolts war for independance, and ultimately they had to leave their captured countries. it was education only that indian leaders got independance by very less casualties. they knew well that indians will only be harmed because their were more then 80%of security forces which were indians only . so this is the importance of education. but the ruling parties and also opposition never planned for compulsory education. and the opportunists who are always in society are still taking advantage. since years we not have a strong government and many small parties have emerged and the coiuntry is waiting for a government of its own policies and verdict and to survive is taking help of the emotions of people and the country is divided into division of caste state language and finally in religion. why the people of same ideas do not join together and form a group which can fight against these opportunists, who for their personal interests and benifits are becoming a barrier to not let india to become the developed nation. well known to all countries in world that india can again become golden bird like old times. and people will again come to india for education.technology,health,peace,values,discipline, and many other things which the world learnt fom us in past. i pray all GODSof all religions who are followed in india that all may come on right path and we all indians may live in peace and harmony. nobody should forget that 99%of indian subcontinent are basically the sons or daughters of indian origin. do latest technology tests it will prove the fact. the orthopaedic structure,thinkinking,kindness,values,respect, medical scince resmblences still exist and can be verified. by latest technology .it was easy to discriminate the origin,in past but now very true that we belong to this continen only .may be we follow different region, .why so much differences of opinion in this advanced developed world. when we will understand the forces behind prevention or retadation of development and growth. in my view only wrong like antisocials,terrorists,foreign agents,and money makers opprtunists waiting for such occassions which can create disturbance........

i have many times written that the thinking and mentality of a person only comes from home and then from primary education. a child never forgot what is taught in school. very few %of students go for higher education so that their concept may be clear.the higher education clear the miunderstanding of a person but what will happen to those who leave their education in between, such people convey wrong message to many coming generations .this increases the number of people in misunderstanding. they never understand the right and they become blind followers of opportunists.
the attention i want to bring is that reforms and changes are very necessary for awareness in society then only all citizens will show respect to law,humanity,constitution,and values. the main reasons of people not knowing the right,wrong behavior, no values ,no responsibility, onlt thinking for themselves,opportunism,communalism,terrorism,feelings,no respect,no idealogy,no proper choice of selecting the right electorate representatives,crime,bribery,blackmarketing,support indirectly to criminals,terrorists,racism,castism,duplicate products manufactiring, saving of govt taxes,no respect to teachers,elders, immuned to not to work in govt. and other offices, theft etc. is all due to no education,illiteracy,wrong primary education, and the opportunists and money makers are taking advantage of it since ages. all crime and harm to nation and society since ages is due to such opportunists who indirectly helping the wrong or are agents of such never favoured that the whole society should be educated. because after education person do mistakes rarely in confidence. the illegals still exist in society and due to them the wrong activies are still continued. no law can control the society till the people themselves are aware of right or wrong. the antisocials always prevent the right to their maximum that he may not be able to do the right and may be able to do reforms. even GODShave faced the evil.you see to any religion founder,the devils who are present in all times who prevent the right have tried thir levilto harm to the reformers of the society. due to such elements only in all ages the society divided and many sects were emerged. this all happened due to those who saw that by this change or reforms their personal interests will be effected. for their benifit they can go to any extent ,they will never compromise for any thing ,they no by uncertainity, fights,wars,they will get profits. they are always against peace . why that will not give them chance to make profits,if their will be no war in world who will buy arms and ammunition,price rise will increase the values of their assets. if aricles will be destroyed and burned more sale of their products. so welth is always aFTER SUCH OPPORTUNISTS. THEY STORE FOR SUCH DAYS. THE BIGGEST EXAMPLE BEFORE WORLD IS OF MIDDLE EAST,AFGHANISTAN,AND PAKISTAN,ETC TO RETARD THE GROWTH OF DEVLOPING COUNTRIES SUCH HIDDEN POWERS INDIRECTLY WITH THE HELP OF LOCALS AND OPPORTUNISTS ARE ALWAYS FINDING OUT WAYS TO CREATE DISTURBANCE. HOW THE COMMON MAY UNDERSTAND, THE RICH ARE ALWAYS SAFE, THEY HAVE SECURITY,SUPPORT OF RULING PARTIES BECAUSE THEY HELP ALL PARTIES THE ADVANTAGE THEY HAVE BY LAW ITSELF. WHO SUFFERS ONLY THE HIGH%OF COMMON,ILLITERATE,HE ONLY GIVE LIFE ON SUCH OCCASIONS AND DISTURBANCES. THE ARMED FORCES OF COMMON GIVE LIFE IN FIGHT OF DEFECE OF COUNTRY,INSIDE THE COUNTRIES,FIGT AND SEARCH OF TERRORISTS, ANTISOCIALS. BUT WHAT THE WLL TO DO AND THEIR LEADERS DO. opinions are personal

yesterday i was watching a t.v. programme in which superstar salman khan in presence of shri shatrughana sinha. though shri sinha is now with a national political party ,but see the idealogy that he is totally different at every pltfprm. he looked as jolly as in his fims. same salman was questioned many questions ut his replies were as diplomatic as a big experieced leader. the public also seemed agreeing with him. when these film stars are so conscious,and even accept thir mistakes and accept their statements why the all political people do like this.
through out mu life since birth of yhe age i have seen that the politics is involved everywhere, even the mother is not having same love for all. their is personal interestinvolved everywhere. the parents plan for security of their future,still the girl child is given less attention. i have seen many commenting what gains we will get in future. she will go to others house why this discrimination,only for personal interest .parents always expect help from sons. i also experienced and realise. my younger brother who had some medical problems,my sister was educated in hindi medium. i was sent to convent with the expectations to a convent school. the idea became true i suppoted the family in my whole career. afterwards due to long and hard work in private sector i due to some medical problem which was reaction of a medicine i could not contine in my profession after 2001. in 2003 i shifted to agra with many expectations, but i experinced the difference, my parents attitude was different i got no moral support even. they must have thought that we may have to spend on his teatment or family. though my wife was an earning member they must have thought thay his expenses are more then income. so i was not allowed to join tgeir kitchen .i had a experience of understanding people in my long career. i saw that their was a vast difference in attitude.but i had planned well for my bad days,l.i.c.,etc and my wifes salary any how passed those critical days. any how i was able to survive and gave good education to my dayghters,and my planned family without a son and proper saving put me out of the crisis. generally people not write such personal experieces but i am recording in my blog so that every body may get awareness.
i cannot forget my those days when actually i had decided to not to work. but i had not disclosed this to not even to my friends. i saw a difference ,to those who i had helped ,use to pass as if i am not aware,chemical suppliers who use to be around me like honey bees,discarded me ,they use to not attend my phone no. though i was planning to come to agra and i needed to pass my time till the transfer of my wife i experieced a lot.
few incidences i mention. when i started my career very few tanneries use to make chrome or quality leather. many of the big guns at present were in very small service. i know many of them. after returning from tata international i joined zam zam tanners, i use to be free on fidays, or holidays. people utilised me lot of my experince and tchnology,. though now many may not recognise the fact but it is true that i being in my my nature did a vast free lancing. a big chemical supplier use me a lot but one day i was passing in front of his hose,i thought to meet him . he came outside and said najeeb do not come to house come in office after appointment. he forgot his days of cycle.the other instance is that when i use to come from tata exports for development and purchase he folloed me on way to unnao, and took me to his small tannery those days. though now he is an international person once he came to the industry i was managing. his fellow companion was discussing on some matter that person neglecting me said to the fellow person why wasting time. .generally those who have risen from very low position ignore those who know their past and in and outs. but life goes on nothing makes difference, even i have experience that a person who rose from a gate staff to a director in the same company and a other co technologist even misguided to his owner who i knew well .adaist me that factory owner and one shoe company owner in agra whom i refused to supply material due to some problems and limitations, even tried to harm me personally. bot having good defend i was saved. but he did the level best. so people ican go to even teasing and harming you personally. but right is always supported by GOD the supreme controller. otherwise such may onlt survive. never be very gracius and friend of every body. in this materiastic world oppotunists can go upto any level.generally such people are either mean or fear for their history.sometimes even wrong. i know many who by wrong methods earn money in small positions and now they pose that they are borned rich or millionere. people shold not forget their relity and should apologise for their mistakes. such persons who eaned by unfair means always are suspicioous and doubt on their employees,becuse they have the experince of doing it.
so experiences are making man perfect but why the present and coming may be awared of such, which can also occur in their lives. planned way of living willnever bring you in troble and you will be able to survive in your problems, and you can pass your life with respect and you never be hort. awareness always reduce tension ,you are prepared and known to it. you can see my other blogs to get awareness on diferent parts of life which i have recorded for my students,readers,frinds. fight with evil at last you will be the winner

as mentioned earlier experiences and problems give me ideas to write, i often during my movement keep an open eye and retaliate or suggest. latest water logging is always a problem in Agra ,it occurs more in newly developed areas,yesterday when queen batton was in agra any how water logging was controlled due to control.then why not in normal days,the problem has occurred due to filling of tals which use to store excess water and slowly it use to go through attached drains.nobody gave attention when they were encroached.the irrigation department also not looked for it .due to tals in kheria turn decades back their was no water logging,people occupied the open deep land and n.m.p. or a,d,a, passed plans without seeing the site or land simply stamping on maps that approval of map does not give you the ownership rights. this is the use of law which gives you a right to fight .same case is with registrar office they are concerned of their fee ,responsibility is of buyer or seller. this is the reason only people sold archeological property called badshahis which were a temporary residence of artisans or then army. you can find old structures inside the new constructed houses. if old paintings are seen the gate towards tajgung populated area was big open dallans with a room inside with doors and big gates of which few are there and few demolished, there was a single roof in my childhood and multistory building on those roofs which spoiled the beauty of third gate of taj. this all occurred due to no law in earlier British period there were all open dallans and kothris like a.s.i. have innovated after getting it vacant from a retired guide. . this has happened with many a.s.i. and other historical places which once was a govt controlled property but to ignorance and no care it was occupied by opportunists due to income. in my childhood all area around Delhi gate was open with no shops or garages etc except a masjid an gate now all encroached . illegal constructions can be seen around idgah,Darling abu UL Ulah,jalal bukhari Ahmad bukhari Abdullah sayyed and many other thousands of properties of u.p. wakhf board and central wakf board who are under district magistrate of Agra since British time but due to no attention valuable baradaries, etc were picked away by anti socials and due to corruption of muttawalis generally appointed by wakf board are not looking after the property and the historical remains as such and grave yards are towards vanish .a day will come that their will be no place for cremation. thank god that calamities like earth quake,plague like diseases and other calamities have not occurred otherwise what must have been the situations. those time rulers allotted so much of land because those lakhs use to die in wars, etc. these places had boundaries, demarcations, and even stone marks, chowkidars were getting salary from wakf. a office was maintained and the areas were full of trees which the forest dept t use to look after. then wakf minister maulana abul kalam azad could not give these in direct control of wakf board due to muttawalis and sajjada nashins of dargahs, who did not wanted administrators of such big properties due to their personal interests, due to their strong opposition of these muttawalis the maintenance and protection of these places could not be done and they are towards perish.
when i write i don't know why i start telling the historical mistakes, the reason is that initial mistake only become not treatable cancer for society. then govt or other agencies compromise on wrong due to public or political pressure and the coming generations face problems and trouble. if every thing is done by abiding law ,proper verification, sincerely in national and public interest then the picture can be different.
the problem of terrorism,so much of corruption ,no fear of law, no systems,take law in hand ,immigration of foreign elements,,filtration in India occurred more during the formation of bangla desh .India allowed refugees many were non Bengali also who can speak Hindi well. they also came back with refugees or they took advantage of it and went back to their old villages before independence, and from there they went to other cities and vanished. that time in vain of happiness we diverted from the exact situation .indian bangladeshi were bhai bhai and those migrants of India which cold not become bengalis hide away and thousand not went back because they went to east Pakistan thinking that we are going to Muslim country but they did not knew that bengalis will not accept them the Indians have a language and area priority since thousands of years and that can not be changed . many of my relatives for better prospects migrated to Pakistan but still they are muhajirs,many left to other countries, this is not with middle east or developed countries. their views are different. . society can be divided for sometime on base of religion caste or creed but after some time they forget. politics have always created this communal feeling, the British rulers took advantage, partitioned India, generations forgot, the present kings to get throne took advantage nothing happened to them .lakhs of innocents were effected to hide their weaknesses they highlight the emotions of people. why yet such law was made that if their will be any dispute which can create law and order problem government will acquire that p[lace and a national monument will be made at that place, why all parties not became united on this matter . if this must have been done no fear ,no precautions, no security,no holidays, what the politicians give a chance to antisocial,anti national elements to take benefit

i was writing how i get matter to write .this is also due to the problems i face like many others,but i share with my readers,students,frinds so that they may know about it earlier which i or others could not .the purpose is to bring awareness. many years back i wrote to govt of india,that a start to trace antisocials is the vehicles,proper numbering,clear numbering etc. the central govt forwarded the letter to then state govt and a acknowledgement to me . bot for years the implementatation was not done.in it was over loading,we see the antisocials or looters,and even terrorists are moving with two to three passengers,and due to no strictnessby r.t.o.,and traffic and other police they are taking advantage and run away on such .due to many turns and rush they are not caught. on last satyrday i was in sanjay place agra. i saw two girls were sitting in rickshaw two on motor cycle passed by ,the police two in number sitting on chairs just next to lic. office showed there unawareness though i saw they noticed. if this will be the terror of youngsters,not known who they are .definitely the advantage will be taken. i have seen on sultan gung ki pulia that homeguard will run after loaded tampoo but will never stop overloaded passenger tampoo or goods one. are we not giving advantage to such when four people on duty. rarely r,t.o. department is seen checking small vehicles in other places then m.g.road or highway from where heavy traffic passes easy to complete the target ..every body wants to complete its min. target and want to sit in their offices. nobody is sicere in thir duties so the culprits are taking advantage. if you say to somebody why overloadind his reply is thana,chowki,r.t.o.,and contracter ko bhi dena hai.......this is to be verified what is true what a image has been drawn by few wrong,even the foreigners are not spared by such who are involved in working of as they say on behalf of concerned. their they say openly we give daily,weekly and monthly.it is the same case of those vendors who sellon rods ,under trees etc in busy areas a main shelter for antisocials. this is not found in any developed country their is a municipality specified place and directly the department collects the charges,and the valid receipts can be checked by police or the concerned seniors,it minimizes corruption,because the contractor or private is not answerable .
what i feel that due to such people who are not employees and are dadas of area or political connections have added their high %and aboot more than 80 %is extracted in between. their are even private people seen running for mandi samiti,sales taax,customs and exiuse they catch hold the source of income and bring at the check post.the main reason of jams on highways,can see on travel by road people taking out diesal,exchanging gas cylinders,and even dropping goods etc. from trucks. the corruption has rooted deeply in society for greed. if any officer is strict he is generally facing transfer .in many cases seen earlier officials have been knowingly accidented if they follow antisocials,they have a big lobby even supported by locals,antisocials,and even many self designated party workers roaming with flags of different parties. sometimes misiterrpreted plates on vehicles .theexact post very small and member of the house very big.having sirons (horns)like big leader or i.a.s.,. the illiterates who do not know are impressed or sometimes they even take advantage,generally even they accompany a person with air gun with a cover and three or four people in white and one of them pose himself as a big gun. even police not checks them for papers etc. for your awareness i may tell you that if any mm.p.,,m.l.a.,minister.or a senior party leader is coming in certain area it is earlier informed to the local thana,and to the thanas he will pass,and its a duty of local police to accompany such members of houses. this way is also with thase party heads who are of natianal or state level whather they are in power oor not.so beware of such .
their are many other measures taken as per protocol which i cannot mention here due to security reasons,those who had been associted with big portfolios recognise such. simply dressing like a leader does not make you leader for that you need work,support,impartility,and many other things which allparties verify from their ways. simply money not get the status or ticket for election. many other things and confidental pledge is taken before selection.


so to reduce crime it is necessary for citizens to cooperate govt. agencies. if they will resist due to fearthe number of antisocials will increase and more trobles in coming days can be observed.public partnership and cooperation can bring improvement.

there are many sources from which i get inspiration to write,they only become a source of my topic i narrate them in my articles,blogs,etc. a can be a help for youngsters ,they can be aware of in their life when they have to take decision in same case, they can take precautions. when i will complete blogs above 100 i will edit and compile them in book form for t it will also help the other new writers to give an idea,and sometimes will be helpful n finding some historical events and mistakes. i will also add reference books information for detailed studies.
where are we to take precautions.g. before taking any policy see well the rules and regulations,see your bindings. fill the forms,etc with your own hands if filled by others get it checked by others if you illiterate. do not sign blindly on faith,never give blank cheques to even your nears and dears. you can sometimes cheated or harmed. do not give witness of the person if even brought to you by nearest, many times you face trouble due to help to unknown.
check your passbook entry and keep a record of deposits and withdrawals,on the portion provided in cheque books for the purpose.while using a.t.m.,extra precaution is needed,thorough record to be kept,slips to be kept till you cross check. many times wrong tranfer happen in accont. this has started since the system was centralised,a one number mistake and name not cheked the money can transfer to other accont. if such mistake occurs immediately inform the bank. accept high value cheques of saving account,non business class,or from an unknown customer. the process of action by law is lenthy and timetaking. in many cases people told me when the person gave cheque the balance was good to pay but by the time your cheque was presented the balance was withdrawn. and returnig to the party only assurances,or even sometimes no recovery. so precaution is the best,sometimes to pay litle amount for making drafts,or to save some tax sold cash people accept cheques and face trouble.
in my earlier blogs i have written proper account nearly bear same expenses finally.proper documentation finally gives the same margin of profit and share of tax. why to save litle be in the hands or target of antisocial elements,who rob you in way of pickpocketing,theft in house or during travel. you always feel unsafe and fearfulin carrying big amount. if you take tax from customer you pay to govt. and be safe from such incidents. improper documentation is only reason of raids,bribery,and uncomfirt . take help of professionals,buy or purchase on memos,keep right stocks and recards-accounts.help the nation ,why the part of revenue may go in wrong hands. why big entrpreniurs face minimum problem. you can even hire an accountant on partime,if educated learn to keep ypurself.
crores of people are working in proper way and earning profits,there are also business of all categories. but the problem in india is customer pays,many of the items are tax paid and only to save individual income tax people are hiding income. the other benifit of cashmemo is that it is guarantee of this that you have purchased genuine medicine or product. you can also avail warranty,gurantee,after sales service also on such.
at last i will again repeat that go through well before signing any document and also keep a photo copy for your memory .you may not be in troble like a person who so;d his vehicle without proper transfer and another who signed on belief of some known and is now summoned by court through police after twenty years.

generally when i interact many people ,few ask a question how you give or write on matters not of your part of profession. my reply is all i learn from the incidences i read in news paper,hear from people during my way to somewhere,in court,on shops,and i hear the problems of my friends,neighbours,and relatives. i generally go in deep with the effcted person,go along with my nears to know the exact position to advocates,police station,concerned offices. there only when i see the problems faced ,i study the lacunas and mistakes of which the concerned is taking advantage,i study the solutions by which the work can be done. but sometimes i fail due to to some technical errors and requirements. yhough the professinal dalals indulged know the alternative documentation,due to direct approach and no support by senior officers,the work remains pending. sometimes due tounawareness the mistakes are done and people involved in corruption get chance to earn. e,g., my neighbour use to live in city,two brothers migrated to kamla nagar,the third brother at the time of renewal not knew that on surredering old ration card the person migrated will need a surrender certificate. their is no record of old one,now because a new ration card is to be made in kamla nagar, though the applicant have pan card,driving licence,telephone no. house tax,water tax,with present address the department is asking to bring old ration surrender certificate then only new card on present address can be issued. it was some duty of the concerned who cancelled the old to guide that take surreder of those who have migrated to other place.these are the ways lacunasare occured due to no awareness. the case is pending and the deptt. is only after surreder,its a old case and the needy is running to different offices.
every where there is no system one one my known got some old papers,in which he found his father had paid 3 to four premiums and after wards he died. if the papers must have lost the money must have lied pendind .their is a provision if premium is paid more then a fixed times the money is returned with interests.crores of rupees is lying in such way if any recovery is there the person is even searched fom graveyard. but why not also to people whose depositors have died and the heirs do not know and the money is with insurance companies,baks,etc. so their should be some action by the govt to search such and if the time bar ends such funds should go to government account with the provision that if ever somebody claims the money will be paid. first letters by postal deptt.shold be sent to concerned and on retun the further process should be followed. by the provision that if you will not run the policy for certain period the policy holder money will be lapsed,many private chitfunds insurance company earned crores. many cold not understand the agent or advertisement in which rules and regulations are generally in english,or bluffed one. many times i could understand viewing many times. yhe agents and development officers get good commissiuon on first installment and are interested in it,and the inocents are bluffed or misguided. many i saw in such private companies that they will not have to pay after running for three years and they even lost the initial amount. so govt should pass a law that if even one installment is given the amont initially dposited should be returned,because due to circumstances thogh the individual had taken risk cover for one year or saving in income tax, but by time of maturity the service providing company must have earned good interest profit and also the vale is depriciated an exytra benifit. many of indians do not take i.t. benifit ,and sometime t yhey even not claim on death and their heirs oeven not know the vale of such documents. a campaign fairy is needed to retun the money of such. this shuld not go to the profit of the companies,because in past their was only govt undertaking and now is private sector also so new law is needed to control .
generally i am in favour of private sector in production but i always wrote to govt the profit givig works like banks,postal services,insurance must not have been given in the hands of private,it is seen that privat t.p.a. are not entertaining well in cashless ,the problem i personally faced.when i went to a network hospital in delhi. the biggest examle is of b.s.n.l., when we had such a strong network of telephoe the private was given licences and the b.s.n.l.,which was connecting every village started giving losses.the private captured the urban taking the advantage of pre planned consipiracy of at once rising the rates of b.s.n.l., and people left such an old service and turned to private,such hitirical errors by the government had also harmed indian postal services. in remote areas the service proversof private sector has not devloped their network due to loss. they send their parcels to such remote areas by indan postal services.by conferencing even the telehone landline companies connect people to villages and other remote and tribal areas. since british time people funds wre spent in developing this network and others are enjoying the facility. this is a planning mistake done by planners and well known economists of india. i apposed during those days it was to be implemented,and i said if such sectors we will give to private from where we will get staff for elections,verifications,etc. the population will increase and govt employees will reduce. the britishers the founders of such services kept such services in their hands for many purpses,one of which was that govt official was answerable,questionable,and perment and controllable. due to securty point of view and tactics,and transparency it was important to keep communication ,postal,and railways etc in own hands so that some misuse may not be taken .non govt employee is not screened during appointment as govt. employee. private sector even have foreign employees and many companies are not of indian origin and have many internatinal branche.so such departments which have importance to tactics and related with such services i generally mention sholuld be kept in any how control of govt employees may be on deputation to keep an eye as it is a matter of safety and security.simplt t.r.i.,can not solve this ,and can can control phsically.
i know the lacunas and greedy ness of non govt organisation how they were finding methods to earn more and pay less taxes,custom duty etc. and how the foreign companies were helping in such acts, nothing should happen at the cost of revenue of govt,if this continues how country will develop.the country need planning by experts not by such whoi even not know abcd of technology,agriculture,engineering,etc. leave this task to expertrts and you just sign like queen of england. india have many big brins in every field retired or in service. due to personal ambitions and interest interference of political may lead to a terrible economical failure. the indians should not forget the history that east india company entered in india for trading and business,and ultimately they weakened the economy by bringing foreign material to india,and now china products and other imports creating problem for home industry.attention to be given like foam finished indian leather shoe for indians,and leather shoe going on less export price to abroad and wearing rexine diseases creating shoes,.indians ins eating poor quality rice and other low quality material,at the cost of bnifits to few and a litle foreign revenue. our country have a vast population and if we depend on home industry we can produce any competive to developed countries.

roots of communalism deep in indian sub continent

communal feeling in india emerged to maximum in British period. the Britishers created this feeling and used this as a weapon to invade india. people not realized the fact and it entered deeply in the minds of people. the wise tactfully highlighted and pointed some issues to yhe people of india,they knew that Indians of all religions are very sensitive in religious matters. still many political people and others are taking advantage of it. they have divided people on the base of caste creed and religion,and enjoying by applying this formula.
so coming on the main topic and my concern is that common is unaware of facts,and very few have an opportunity to go through old literature,news papers,journals,events recordings films etc. many can be found in archives,indian records London.national libraries,college and university libraries. much can be found with personal collections.
there are many reasons due to which communal ism advantage was taken. the biggest advantage is partition of india. though m.a. Jinnah was called communal in public and demanded Pakistan for personal ambitions, but her daughter was non communal she married a non Muslim. the brave rajputs joined hand with Moguls due to which only Akbar had a big dynasty. maximum high posts were occupied by Hindus in mogul rule,even in the time of Aurangzeb. this was never highlighted that Aurangzeb put will that after death his tomb should be roofless and tulsi plant to be planted on its grave. nobody tells that Babur use to get rakhi tied every year by a Hindu queen. there are many historical facts if highlighted can create communal harmony. we are still reading history framed by Britishers for their advantage. it is true that Mahmud ghaznabi demolished many temples for wealth because those days also their was immense wealth in temples ,the greed of it made him to come to india many times. t5hese days also many temples and dargahs have lot of wealth like holy tirupati ajmer Ki dargah etc. the wealth always attracted such places. but nobody never wrote that Akbar gave properties to many temples,even Aurangzeb gave many villages to a temple in mathura. maulana Abdul kalam azad tried to save such documents,he came to agra to collect many from agra college agra and s.m.a.o. college and afterwards he sent prints of such documents,hope they must be save with college central library. sometimes many show themselves communal to gain attention or favour. their are many incidences published in then news papers. those days people use to rely only on paper news . a prime minister of that time after few years of independence before taking over the states was in the palace of then maharaja ,somebody from court asked why all Muslims were not moved from india,instead of telling the fact he told that the work of low quality who will do that-job. many Muslims showed there willingness to join and demand for Pakistan and 40% wanted to be with congress not with Muslim league in which frontier Gandhi and his party and many other leaders supported congress. Gandhiji was in not of favour of Pakistan but the ego and ambitions of some could not let to any solution or agreement. if any body else besides Mr. Nehru or Mr. Jinnah must have been selected the story must have been different .and the tactics of Britishers that indian sub continent may not emerge as powerful nation became true due to communal-ism. so in the end i would like to say that to be firm on your religion and faith is good but not at the cost of division of society and people. nobody should play for achieving something for personal benefit . hope for some improvement in this area and all will take initiative to to bring awareness and people to know the reality and facts......

communalism is one of the main factor in india due to whisch we are not getting the full majority govt. in central since a long period. due to this thinking their are many parties in india. the idealogy is based on religion though generally people and political parties call themselve non communal. if any party had leaders who must have thought seriously for the cuontry the situatin must have been different. the %of communal people was negligible before british came to india. if this have been the case then mohd bi kasim who came with few hundred people in sind now in pakistan,must not have settled in india. this is the histirical fact that muslims survived in the indian subcontinent due to cooperation extended by the majority of hindus.the %of non muslims was more than muslims in the army of muslim rulers. even mamud ghaznavi who only came to india for money took the help of locals on his way to gujrat. after looting wealth he use to give a part of wealth to professinal fighters of afghanistan,sind,punjab and others. was it had been possible that without support few hundreds of muslims must have survived in india. the story must have been like spain the muslims could only rule till they gave good adminstration. afterwards when they became corrupt they were thrown off. after the origin of islam the muslims rilers ruled well till they were true muslims as soon they became like kings of other part of world they were divided in many countries. this all i am mentioning that muslim initial rulers ruled in many parts of world by their policy of love,equality,justiceand good administration not by power as many say .it was not possible to rule a country in minority.if they have been cruel the majority must not have accepted it .they must have left the country if only people must have attaced or oppsed. it was not a very big task.india had many brave and wise rajputs,yhey also entertained moghuls due to their good rule and reforms which india needed.many staes were always a hindrance to develop the indian continent. the muslimm rulers of all periods ruled with the help of local rajas,commanders,warrors,and army. need always allow compromises.the rulers before muslims invaded india were fed up with regular fights with small states. ater great ashoka india was large in area only in the time of moghul akbar. india developed and organised well in the time of sher shah suri and akbar to shahjehan,thogh in the time of aurangzeb south created lot of problems for him and that was the reason of downfall of moghuls. after the death of aurangzeb again many states emerged and india was again ruled by many. so by diving people in the name of caste and creed india had always faced losses. due to no unity only the 1857 efforts of independance wwas not successful. the british took yhe advange of communal divisin .first east india company weakened indi,made fight between each other. prevented many states to be away from pre independance movement,nizam hyderabad who declared his own state in the time of moghuls joined the english, then old rajah of the south state was taken in favour against hyder ali and tipou sultan. . the britihers knew the soft corner of indians either muslims or hindus,they brought religion in between and were success ful in ruling india for decades,becuse by this time the %of communal people had gone high.
so if religion ever have assoiated with politics,or such people have entered in rule the sub continent have always harmed.the biggest example of it is partition of india. it was only due to communal and opportunists elements. late mohd ali jinnah who became the lader of muslims only taking benifit of this. i do not know how then muslim religious leaders not gave fatwa against him,or why he was not examined that was he a true follower of islam. these political leaders to get their positions and to fulfil their desires are responsible for the death of lakhs of people due to communal rights. coming educated generations when will go through the old journals,newspapers,books,etc will hate them of knowing their reality.
why people instead of such like communaism,opportunism,castism,statism,personalism,and weathism not think of humanity,nationalism,and development of their respective countries.why we not take lesson from past history for a little personal benifit.

agra is very backword in development. though the agra development authority ,n.m.p., is getting high revenue and tajmahal is world heritage,the city is connected by old roads of moghul and british time. the bus stands,railway stations,roads are not at all of international standard. the colonies developed aon delhi kanpur road is not the effort of agra authorities. they themself developed,due to awas vikas ,other private colonisers,and national highway authority. after independence no appreciatig work has been done by agra adminstration. the tourists from all over the world are seen fighting with jams of road in the city. if their must not have been highway imagine what position it had been. agra could not get its civil aerodrome due to inactiveness of representative m.p.,til yet.the roads position is worst.maintenance is very poor .how we are proud to call it a city of taj. the sitation of m.g. road is worst. fly overs will also not the solution,because their are so many crossings. if so many fly overs are made then it will only be up and down and lot of demolition will be needed and will always be delayed due to hindrances by many mazars,temples,and other strructeres.
now there is only one alternative that is new road on well architeched pillars in between and small pillars for support on road pedestrian side. the old road will run as usual and new roof road from bhawan talkies to agra cant will be very convenient. seeing the importance of agra the state and central govt should bring special projects to develop the city as per internatonal standard. many foreigners only come to agraand this image is in their mind for india. no leader or party shold keep any prejudice in this matter. this is a national issue. many articles in foreign magazines show yhe dirty pictures of agra and most have been picturised showing road jams on the way from taj to fathepur sikri or from agra fort to etmaduddaulah. the high tiket charged by forigners and such poor atmoshere had been criticised by many. do the aristocrats and beurocrats of indian govt. have never felt of such. we the indians feel shame on such comments. attention is specially needed.
agra have always got step mother attitude and also ne3glected since independance.the agra authorities also could not develop as required due to hindrances of court orders,encroachment,lack of initiative and corruption. the low standard work and not adopting right technology and poor construction is the another cause. if years back when there was not so much construction on main roads if the roads must have been brodened the situation must not have worst as at presnt. before passing plans the master plan of agra was not kept in mind,
proper planned rods and flyovers ,proper parking can resolve the problem to a large extent. slow moving vehicles,godowns,now need to be sent outside the old city like delhi. thes sort of godowns can be shifted to existing or newly contructed sites on the borders of agra on connecting highways. uptill when the residents of agra will face hardness,suffering,and other problems due to benifit of those few who are always getting late the shiftings by political or other support.
the planners and adminstration and the govt should give attention to devlop this historical city. the city is visited daily by lakhs of tourist due to tajmahal,fathehpur sikri etmaduddaulah,sikandra,and many other small historical places and a big business centre of handicraft famous all over the world. the high dignitories visit from all over the world and the road from kheria and aerodrome to taj is also not wide and traffic is stopped for hours in such visits. hope is now also sill we are not late proper planned construction and control can resolve the problem

these all eids are celebrated in different manner. these can be distinguished if you know litle about their time . eid-ul-fitre is the biggest festival of muslims.it is celebrated after the visibility of moon on 29th. or 30th. fast of ramzan.this is celebrated in happiness of completing rozas. after wajib namaz of eid all hug each oyher in love. .all rich give donations to poor in kind and money. main namaz is in idgah of the city,village or town. on return to home friends,relatives,neighbours come to greet and wish on the occassion. special dishes of sevai,snacks are served. elders give donations to youngers. the celebration continues for more than three days. eid ul fitre is the festival of love and to forget hatred.
the second eid is celebrated after about two months of eid-ul-fitre. this eid is celebrated to show sacrifice for god. in india few call in many other names. the main is qurbani of animal which are halal in the name of god. many relatives and friends are invited .a fixed share is distributed among poor and needy. seperate preparations are cooked for vegetarians. .many have the doubt that on eid-ul-azha only non-veg is madwe but actually it depends on your contacts,and your area and type of society you live.you may have many friends who take satvik food. if one tells his likings as per his faith many dishes can be prepared as per their choice if you have invited them.. generally the educated take precautions in such cases.
eid ul milad is related to birth of the prophet mohammad rasool allah, or mohd sahib generarally called in short. he is the founder of islam and his teachings and the instructions of holy book islam are followed by muslims. the prophet was born on this day left the earth and got mehraj on the same day. so this day is very sacredfor muslims/they celebrate with lighting of masjids,hoses,streetrs. all wish and pray f. the holy quran is recited. all festivals of muslims have an addition of special prayer.. .special prayers are the part of islam.

in our country india the festivals have great importance.this is all due to the culture of meeting and celebrating with friends,neighbours,relatives,and your colleauges. since my birth i have seen how people prepare for them. this you will find in indian sub continent only. all religions followers have different way of celebrating them. you can see that how people enjoy holi,dipawali,dusshera,janamashtmi,and the anniversaries of many saints. here only people take out celebrating processesions with many jhakis,horses,elephants,chariots,and now also cars are along with them. all rich and poor accompany them. other countries lack such enjoyment. cites localities and villages are decorated.people collect lot of personal funds for such occasions. you can see these celebrations in even films,and serials. how people wear new clothes,decorate their houses,ladies prepare special dishes,always something new and different on every occassion. sweets namkeens,special food are prepared on all occasions. something special and of diiferent taste and variety on each festival. people spend,share distribute,eat with all they call or visit. indians are not limited to themselves they share with all. though in early days people use to spend less but now the standards have gone very high fast food,chocolates,redy made indian sweets have also added to menu.

sweet memories i can never forget

yesterday i was at my birth place,and in that gali where i played in childhood .as children can never forget their primary school days,primary teachers ,childhood friends,same i have not forgotten in the age of 44yrs. i was also happy and sad. when i saw the position of my previos house gali i was sad ,the gali is encroached and looks very thin,it was so broad in my childhood that mahidra type jeep use to pass. my neighbours like shri ram baboo sharma,and his brother in whose lap i played was reported that they are no more in this world. i had always thought that i will call his family on some occasion bot before that they left to heaven. i have never expected this they were very young from my father. i could not find my old friend some have left to other place in agra itself and some have gone to other cities. the way to dariyanath mandir from where we use to enter is closed. my ancestral house near mandir in gali mansa devi ,raja ki mandi was occupied by some new persons who do not know me. i could find one in teka raj mistri family still filling water far from municipilaty tap of water supply. i was sad to know that my senor aunti who came after marriage in my chilhood in the house near masjid wazir khan build by my grand father in yje year 1911 was living in the house which roof has got down. she was sharing some of her problems, her house is nw purchased by her husband brother and now he is asking to vacate .i was very sad that i was helpless i do not have so much of funds that i may buy yhat house for my aunti to whom i and my brother and sister use to watch making chapati on chulha, and use to shout from our top of roof. i still remember how beautiful she was when she came after marriage,i till date not forgotten her face she still smiles in same style, . i could not see master aunti this time on terrace as usual.it means that now she is very old to peep outside. .the family of shri ramsevak sharma who use to make distilled water left gali many years back due to no business. there are no whereabout of many because those i use to play or fly kites are very busy or sick like devi and mahavir. devi who have tailor shop has forgotten me.......
many now do not recognise me i have to give my reference,my grandfather late shri wazir khan settled after marriage in this gali due to its good neighbour hood because my grandmother was of this gali. her fore father coverted to islam hundre of years back. the old residents new this well so they never felt that they are of seperate community or religion. they always called us miyan and their was grat love and harmony. we use to go on festivals of each other. their was no feeling of any kind,as seen little after partition and more few years back due to poor politics. my grandfather use to give rs. 100.00 every year to daryanath mandir and a pair of shoe to then mahayant every year. we in chilhood played in the campus of the mandir and nobobody stopped us.my granfather throughout his life used the shortcut way passing through mandir,but now back historical gate is closed. this is the gate from where motilalji to whom people have forgotten use to distribute prashad on tuesday. all children use to assemble every tuesday from very early morning. many may not know that this mandir was visited by emperor akbar when there was severe draught. then sant directed him thatrain is in control of some other saint you go there,that saint was in the roop of eunich buried below akbar shahi masjid in loha mandi which was jungle those days, commonly known as hijro ki masjid. the historical references i always mention in my writing is to emphasise and tell people that if the muslims were not accted and loved by the majority of hindus, they must have been pushed back to theor origin. the reason of muslims stay in india was only they knew that we will survive here. it may be not taken otherwise that if the hindus of those days have simly thrown stones on few hundred of muslims who came with mohd bin kasim the y had even no way to run back because they came to india in sind by boats. it is a fact that the mulm gents came to india in young age,they besides war which was necessary to survive also spreadded islam. many converted due to many reasons,which many were facing those days yhat was unequality, the preachers took advantage of and told people about islam. islam spreaded in those days due to some differences from other religions. e.g., no caste,no idols.unity,and definitely a liberal religion. so instead of telling of my birthplace i am going to detailed subject.so what i only mean to say that muslims survived in india only due to support of mass,and of those who converted to islam.... 99%of muslims who came to india married the indian converted muslim family ladies,this ngave a relative support to invaders and indian converted muslim families and people accepted them. you cannot change religion by power,person will accept and when you will be out of power will go back to his religion. but this never happened this all story added to my blog is that i was telling that fore fathers of my grandmother belonged to the gali of temples converted to islam and contd to stay there and even a small land was provided to my grandfather in 1885 where he constructed a small beautiful mosque. and two mazars of shaheed sayyed shah which existed before was taken under mosque. can this sort of communal marmony possible now. can somebody now allow a mosque in non muslim majority area. no because now vote politics have entered in mosques,temples,elsewhere. ......so love is supreme and divide and rule policy of british should not be followed. some for their prrsonal benifit is crating differences among us on the basis of caste ,creed,or religion,not taking lesson from past,every thing is same base is same just we have to peep inside to find out facts,everything will be clear. history itself tell the fact,as i can never forget my birth place i love it love is only all we desire in words, either you call bandematram or say ma key pero me jannat hai... god bless ,
