journalists and media role very important

now the corruption and other problems have become worse. everywhere are scams,bribe,corruption,no fear,advantage by opportunists, mediators terror non answerable, everybody putting the blame on their superiors, that the part is going up to the highest level,immune aristocracy no effect of complaints,political interference in all areas, none seem justified, government departments and officials not supporting at any level, no strict checking by officials, late arrivals in offices, can be checked any where, no replies on queries, no proper billing system in palikas and other service departments.the problem seen in many departments that all are saving their transfers nobody want to take pains, due to some reasons they are not strict on their subordinates, i even saw a electrician arguing with a senior judge and if this is the system how you expect good administration. due to some reasons and politics involved everywhere you can even find drunken staff on duty, but who to take risk if the concerned are not active and themselves coming late etc. up till when the media will highlight such, now something can be done only at the time of casting the votes, send that person only who is 90 % fair at the moment we will have to compromise on this because the corruption has deeply entered ,very few total fair possible. even our past leaders were not 100% they have also done something for their family and friends, research is needed for perfect. so it is now the role of media and journalists to be after such elements for the future generation and to save the present. now to much it should be stopped from grass root level. we form parliaments for development of nation, we do not elect parliamentarians and others to save money for themselves, and the crores of Indians are facing problems.shame to such involved in such deeds.

who is behind

i am writing against corruption since 2001 previously i use to write as articles and then as letters since 2009 i am writing also on blogger and email to many concerned, but their is an advantage of deleting such so it may be taken. but then then also it comes in knowledge of senior authorities. but the authorities are blind and deaf and do not want to make the systems transparent or prevented of doing such by fear or pressure of somebody who is also beneficiary. their is something behind that the honest workers are reducing day by day. very low standard people are seen abusing the authorities that they pay bribe so they do not fear of any body. you can hear such comments when you object for overloading. clearly they say that they are paying to R T O so we are not checked for such. the fact is what nobody knows except keeping quiet, because somebody is favouring them and they have no fear. the upstrc bus drivers cant dare to take passengers from their hold stoppages and on duty see the loss of govt.i feel for the govt employees because my family in past ,present and also in future is concerned to govt. services. i feel that due to some the whole community of govt. service class is hearing abuses . saley chor kya kar lenge.......... . it is duty of the concerned to be strict on checking such elements who may be taking advantage of such few happenings which not denied occur and highlighted by media. hope that concerned authorities will be strict and punish only the defaulters and regular checks to prevent repetitions, so that the faith and confidence of people may be gained and same respect as it was earlier.

my vision.........

everybody have vision ,what i had since my childhood was that i will work for others along with my family needs. though my mother father was of not this nature but this i must have inherited from my grandfather and great grandfather who was of this nature i heard from my elders of family. ideas use to come in my mind in very young age of school days. my wife is of this nature and thinking due to she inherited from her father. the spirit of social service and help comes through family atmosphere.
earlier when i use to see in my school days schoolmates and neighbor,people in need and hardships i use to think how i could help them,anyhow i use to help them by the means i had, afterwords when i was in service i helped many in my service tenure i sometimes got money as promoting amount which is in practice in leather and chemical industry.that was a good amount ,and a good share from my wife and my salary i also spent for social service for years. but as health problems started in 2001 and severe problems which started after January 2002,my social services reduced to minimum. i felt too much for it but since last two years i again stated to help people more and is satisfied. but the source of income is my personal income only.
so what is in my mind is to start oldage home, hospital with very advanced facilities, paid acd full charity both. shelters for animals, societies for cleanliness to provide them aids, arrangement for many essential requrements help for those who cannot expose themselves. for the income to run these organizations i have planned incentive partnership industry in many fields of expertise.
my field of most interest is education and green forests and trees plantation to max possible at places i have also written in my blogs.hope that GOD will help me to achieve my target, for social work besides some income also for my family. i praY THAT I MAY GET RID OF MY HEALTH PROBLEMS AND MAY DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR THE PEOPLE OF MY COUNTRY AND WORLD.

my way of writing

what all i write in my blogs is summary of my suggestions,queries,ideas,requests,and sometimes complaints to the concerned departments. sometimes i quote in details what i have commented in newspapers on many news and statements. the other part of my blogs is to provide to students material for their projects, many even confirm their thoughts, and i also reply to them separately on many topics in history,English,literature,others.many of my readers inquire about g.k., all free. this is my hobby,interest,liking or social service for those who can not get costly coaching.all asked questions i am compiling to form Cd for students.

my frustration and concern..............i feel frustrated and really sad when i find that no action taken, and sometimes i see that after few months somebody from the department to whom i wrote suggests the same i wrote before media and in meetings. why they instead of stealing the ideas, work for it and move out of offices and see the actual problems of people, and to find solutions. it is seen since many years that when the problem is highlighted by newspapers,or others then the action is taken. do the concerned authorities not understand the reasons of poor construction, misuse, unplanned projects, delays, corruption in maximum departments, inefficiency, reasons of increase in crime,over interference of political people in non concerned fields,and over show to come in news.
i had written many times since 2003 that overloading of public conveyance, misinterpreted name plates,etc. gives a shelter to antisocial elements. i even wrote to central govt. they passed on to state, these excuses can not reduce crime,corruption,and problem of mass. generally the mass trvel by such, others who do not care use helicopters,planes,cars,etc. how they can understand the problem of people who can not afford such. the leaders are only seen in election time, when new they touch feet and when come in power they think now others may touch the feet for their problems. voters can only give them lesson, they forget their past because they earn so much never expected, sufficient for generations,and these nationals of India keep their money in foreign banks, the great loss to nation the currency filtered outside.even the foreign invaders who ruled india spent in india.
again i am going out of topic as usual i cannot stop myself and and nationalist like me will be annoyed. so why not traffic police ,r.t.o.,n.m.p. a.s.i. a.d.a. and other govt agencies become strict and take some measures, if their is any other reason why right to suffer and face problem due to corruption be strict on wrong and fine them. all will get praise and also revenue in any form you like.

jealousy

this word generally in practice but its meaning is very wide. daily we hear somebody is jealous of me .there is no parameter of jealousness. anybody can be jealous of you even your nears and dears, this is hereditary and occurs due to family atmosphere of this type.starting from your play days, children become jealous of there friends for toys,clothes,etc. because they are not taught at homes that we can not afford but others, child5ren are not aware of financial prospects they understand they not have such and other have. in school it continues, even the colleagues,neighbors,friends,senior authorities,and the underprivileged are effected by it ,they never think that they or their predecessors,parents or their community not struggled for better. there planning,or their house atmosphere was hindrance to get the same, and the difference of inequality occurred, but only jealousy occurred.
i have seen many sometimes at peak it even occurred in my parents,and my many colleagues. i use to understand but some cannot and such persons even can try to harm you because it becomes their character. the only solution is to be aware and take precaution in making friends, these sort of people are generally isolated persons,they will prevent coming on happy occasions, they talk such about others ,and their face expressions change on success of others,generally they blame the society,government,community,or their family for the reasons of their failure. jealousy is more in ladies, it is a very bad habit and continues in next generation if not observed. i also had some in my middle age but by will power and practice i deleted from my mind. try if it occurs in yourself.

friendship

since my school days i had many friends, but many finished when i changed the school,college,institution or work place. but my personal experience is that it is very hard to find out true friends.
it happened many times i met my old friends after years, some are doctors,officers,clerks,and others. but you believe me they recognized me well, but few intended to be unknown.may be that this is of their thinking that they will have to give some concession. in some cases of n.m.p., and water works, the friend recognized me but took suvidha in name of others, because my father failed to get the work done without yeas, surprising we had to pay hundreds of suvidha for paying about twenty rupees per year tax of those times tax.
there are very few true friends,generally people make friends for some advantage or benefit. if they continue to get some benefit they continue otherwise part slowly from it . this i experienced latest, one came very near to me as a friend, i use to teach his children, but temporarily due to my cataract i refused for some time to teach. it is fact that his friendship started going far not as close as earlier. the new friend started neglecting, to see me or sit with me . this sort of temporary friendships effects for others in future, if ever i will get a true friend i will doubt on him. so it is better to be less friends but permanent, money should not matter in friendship,if you can do do some job for your friend free, definitely the friendship will continue. business to be kept apart from friendship. friends are for ever money is immaterial.review your friends.

Qurbani, on idd ul zoha...

in one of my previous blog i mentioned that why Qurbani on idd ul zoha is done.now if you see in India the festival as other festival of Muslims is celebrated in enthusiasm and different from other countries.we the Indians are doing something new in comparison to other countries. in our country we can see animals with flowers, and other decoration moved by children and elders. show here for every thing is the culture. Qurbani is sacrifice in name of god so that those can get to eat meat who do not get in normal days. in olden times the desert countries were in very poor condition, they use to preserve the meat for the whole year. the baddus were in holy mecca only to get Qurbani meat on the occasion of haj.so need not to go on past i come to indian subcontinent, the reforms are now necessary seeing the advancement of cities and metros. now we dont have open land and big waste land to throw the disposals of the animals slaughtered. most of the cities and villages have sewage lines. now its not easy to dispose the effluents of the animals. now they stink in small lanes. galis what we call in india.it is suggested by me to construct walled covered place for qurbani with a settling tank which may not be connected to sewage. what i remember in my childhood days people use to dig big holes in waste land nearby and dispose the blood etc. it is said that that qurbani animal blood should be disposed inside mud. do anybody care for it. so private social workers to come forward to build a big hygienic place for qurbani this will also facilitate the easy disposal and distribution of poor share easily.
