tips for proffessionals

their are many people in the world who could not choose the profession of their own choice. this happens sometimes due to circumstances,and sometime due to pressure by parents.this happens because they see others successful.but every one dose not have interest or same i.q. so we should leave on children to choose their career ,they know the best about themselves.mine is a different story.my father wanted that i may be doctor,but i had more interest in history,literature,archeology,administration,and i wanted to work in or to become a detective.but due to wrong selection at last i choosed the leather,chemicals,allied products technology,and then consultancy and now writing.if i must have been allowed to select my choice the carrier of mine must have been different...in my service life due to my admin. interference and coming in picture directly gave me problems in whole career. the higher management was happy but the the immediate always disliked me ,and were after me i recall that the then technical director though very senior .use to put process problem on others.i pointed out this. he became and the fuss started and i had to leave tata exports now tata international. he was so angry that when he once visited zam zam he not talked to me .i am sure technically i was right....it happens in private sector so i suggest new comers to be very careful .more exposure of knowledge in early stages can also be harmful. i survived because i had other options.to come i struggled a lot .rising is very hard and needs perfectness.you will have to face other politics,and even personal grudge.people can go to worst level to harm you.this occurs in the same profession and you will have to live it. i have very bad experiences of jajmau industry .i never got recognition of my good work due to jealousy politics by others due to their personal interests .i never compromise on quality.i do not claim that i was pious.i use to accept only provided in account by suppliers. that is called business promotion. but their were other unfair means which i never accepted. others did it and new they are in better financial position even they not had other support or rich heritage which i had. this i am telling that for coming up you will have to struggle at many places,and will have to be very careful ..more in next blog.....najeeb khan agra 282005
