my concept

today i was receives wishes on phone,by sms,personally.though i wished my greetings to all but i feel that nobody in the world knows the exact first day of year.we actually greet on start of new calender year made by man after many years of Christ. this is the reason it is mentioned b.c. or a.d.we follow the calender all over the world and the time is adjusted by leap year adding one day to February.generally people have a day to enjoy like valentine others.so it will be better to take as happy new calender year.some share of the expenditure done by many on this should also go for the help of needy, underprivileged and down trodden.people spend billions on parties,programmers,wine and dine. crores of rupees was spent in india on telephones and sms in only giving greetings. much can be saved for some good efforts and causes.

shri atal bihari vajpayee deserves bharat ratna

the demand of public to award Bharat ratna is genuine.he is the leader who always spoke right. apart from politics,he is loved by all Indians and millions in abroad. his statements ever were controlled and of not hurting anybody feeling. from the time of jansangh i use to read him and very much impressed. as a statesman,politician,person,human being he is unique.may be he agrees with party portfolio which every leader do but he always worked for reforms and as a true nationalist always had a vision for India as a true Ramrajya. apart from his political career he always was close to all religions and always criticized the communal forces.his statement on the day of babri masjid demolition is a lesson for those who want to be a true politician. religion should never be connected with politics.true politician favours all who are citizen of India .everyone can be rigid on their religion but only to pray God.use of religion for political benefits is not a healthy politics and always take away from the constitution.all parties member follow one religion or other, and many are also member of different non political religious organizations but are not blamed because they are doing this from backdoor.
so like many nationalist leaders in many parties and in past it will be beneficial to not have banner of any religion to bring a majority good governance govt in India.for highlighting such i request to propose mass to recommend shri atal ji for bharat ratna.this will be an award for those who believe in fair politics.

humanity and respect can fill the gap.

generally many incidences occur on the occasion of religious events processions etc.a single person creates controversy and even those he have not seen the incident follow him. political leaders rush to the site and make situation more sensitive. many other public losses like fire,accidents,etc occur but you will not find any leader. such sentimental problems are an opportunity for vote bank. senior leaders even not bother for law and order such problems become very hard to be handled by the administration. if such will happen and no understanding or cooperation by the locals the only alternate is that on such occasions which can create conflicts the administration will have to close all private establishments strictly because on such days it is a holiday and shops are open. if the citizens will not cooperate and follow the law then strict enforcement of law is only substitute.
how it can be verified in such big processions that all in crowd are of one community,anti socials who also can be on such occasions can create disturbance,the religious processions are to enjoy not to be seen as a competition. India is famous for such festivals, and if politics,hatred,or ego will be brought among different religious matters then it will be attack on democratic structure.the anti-socials and opportunists will continue taking advantage of such incidences,some incidence happened in etmadpur near Agra. local all religion people unitedly handled the situation which the anti socials planned to break the communal harmony. majority do not want conflicts,they have business with each other, artisans work for many other caste and religion businessmen, but those who want to cash vote bank are always not cooperating.
any how such elements should be detected and should not get support of any kind this is very harmful for the country such elements whatever there benefit is are to be traced by public and the administration should also be strict on them,religions can be many but the nation,nationality is above all.uptill when such will take will help of religion caste and creed, when we will be proud of saying that we all are Indians and keeping apart the religion will jointly work for progress of country. if all star thinking of countries progress themselves people will trace and catch antisocial elements,terrorists opportunists.Itself right parties and candidates will be chosen and the criteria is of development which generally all political parties show in their agenda,this can be true if all religion followers may not be rigid and compromise for others feelings,and understand those who fill in mind hatred for others.

govt can improve.

their are many reasons behind no proper results given by govt. employees. i had been writing on many in my blogs. if the person is honest and wants to work perfectly he cannot do some due to such elements and unrequired interference of political powers.if i start from central govt. offices, central schools teachers on escorting etc. children suffer this job should be taken from non teaching subject teachers like music,s.u.p.w.,yoga etc. whose absence do not effect the teaching. senior officers of revenue when they are able to understand their area ,they get transferred, new comes he again understand and waste time. besides punishment transfer the period of tenure should be extended minimum to 5 yrs. and up to 7 yrs. for deserving employees. corrupt who are always known should be transferred to such places they may feel the punishment. political interference not at any cost, so that seniors can control such who are not following instructions and creating nuisance for public and deptts. both.you can see even in courts, other govt offices late arrivals and absence from their working place is due to no strictness or fear of superiors. there are many who never got transfer from one place. no inspections is one of the reason of corruption and such laws to prevent such has given liberty to the wrong to enjoy. o.k., inspector raj finished but investigations are not stopped. thousands are working without licenses, no proper weight and measures. no pollution clearance,no sales tax registration,no pan nos of income tax . they charge taxes no bill provided enjoying liberty. and the public faces increase in taxes often. hospitals factories in residential areas, encroachment, construction without maps approved, hoarding, signboards on footpath, generators with loud noise on foot path. throwing garbage where ever they like no penalties, throw food remains on roads in polythene and animals swallow them. is their is any law to check such.even educated people are seen indulged in wrong activities and not obeying the rules and regulations.the problem is of no fear of law because many seek support of politics. if anybody is charging taxes and earning he is liable to pay to govt taxes. many followed the swakar and gave right information but many due to no proper check and support of corrupt people are not giving the right tax. these only occur increase of taxes. wrong are always in benefit due to lack of control and check.n.m.p., if gives proper attention on proper recoveries they do not to wait for help of other sources. if all is in order and proper administration much of the reforms can be done and we can hope for better tomorrow.
