due to eye operation i m taking help in type so few mistakes in spellings , pls see to it. i see many people who cant get govt. scheme help due to no awareness or illitracy . govt shud strenthen and expand civil defence. trained retd,pensionable employees,govt answerable persons ,nonpolitical shud b appointed to verify for ration card proper income whether they deserve b.p.l. or the a.p.l.card holder is b.p.l., many address verication shud b done for all i. d. , bank a/c postal services by such above local bodies proposed only on site and documents shud b send by indian postal services the other confirmed adress verification .this waS THE REASON THE BRITISH GOVT KEPT KEY DEPTT.
