a short cut

the jams of roads of Agra can be minimized by proper management & planning by a committee of experts/ senior citizens/ persons who are aware of daily commuting. that person can only feel the problems who use public transport. to train the senior staff the district administration of Agra should fix a day in week separately to all deptt's to only go by public transport and should submit a monthly report of problems they faced, before starting of c.w.g. 2010 this can give a good information. during the construction of road broadening attention should be given towards platform passenger foot path. lower foot path are occupied by vehicles. strict punishment/ challan to private vehicles wrong parking is necessary. Agra district administration should send officials to Delhi, to see how they manage huge crowd, though all over Delhi the construction is going on. this is all due to proper and strict administration and no political interference and same for all. all who do wrong deserve to be punished and the whole administration should be united in this matter, without any consideration of position. district administration should take senior retired officers suggestions who have worked in Agra during planning. as for e.g. i feel the diversions from jeevni mandi to vijay nagar to sultan ganj crossing to langde ki chauki bye pass and ultimately to water works, instead of jeevni mandi to water works is unnecessary creating jams at more places. the same could have been easily control by temporary divider and with a traffic staff at bottle neck places, by removal of unapproved encroachment and traffic control the problem can be resolved on this road itself, district administration can do it practically with good monitoring and strictness.
