today i could see little details of budget.looks that guided by expert who has drafted in a way that it seems only to make happy.more space given for u.p.l.,which are very less in number,negligible in percentage.in detail i will write further here i will discuss main points which i have marked.
how many senior citizens in india earn five lakhs.very few who are dummy proprietors or partners.many who earn more then limit will have to pay tax on this money after death as wealth tax.how many retired persons in india have the income freed.the load is again on government employees who have no space to manipulate.other effected will be only service class.commercial income is near about same every year.the assets increase.
what i mean is well understood.the rate of taxes customer pay all go to government is not guaranteed.increase of service tax in many other services will be a load to common and mass.if ill then somebody is to go for pathology.
i never saw in any plan of govt. to find out measures to increase the recovery.the burden is easily put on public in every budget.limits were increased for old but not for young ladies or gents as expected for service class who is paying perfect taxes.they only need money for education,other necessary expenses.what will old age save for future when there is no earning.it is simply showing figures.what % of old person travel.very less.medicines are used by all.mass needs good hospitals,cheap medicines,cheap food material,what they will do of washing machines,fridges,utensils or such type items.these people buy once in a life time.
though budget allotted for forests and planting trees it is good.but what provisions are made to save them not clear.on papers lakhs of trees are planted but how many survive.
nothing done for stopping people migration from villages to towns.that is only possible industries may be developed in those districts from where maximum people are migrating.no provision seen for cottage industry in all villages of india.the budget is only formal to run the government and allocation of funds.what concrete provision for covering present and previous years deficits.
overall budget is framed such to make happy,relief given to those whose percentage is very less or negligible.the data will be soon before public showing the beneficiaries and their figures soon when the census report will be published.the figures of census will clear the number of b.p.l. senior citizens,their yearly income etc then there will be nothing to hide and prove how much it benefited to people.mas is not bothered of growth capitol increase etc. they are only a theory for economists.population is increasing production of everything will itself increase.the fact to be seen is how much assets and government Establishment increased or gave profits.more international companies are coming,n.r.i. are investing with no efforts itself growth in every sector.we should see the inflation ,if all is well then why price hikes.
what is the use of that subsidy which comes in one pocket and we spent more from other pocket.all manipulation of the educated and experts.this census if properly done it will show that how much have risen from poor to medium class. and how many became poor.rich are on finger tips.few politicians or few big groups.rest in next............
