now no more allowances.

today i was seeing news in news paper,on strict concern of high court. the government of u.p. is to shortly implement a law to prevent damage of public or private property during agitations by parties and organizations.crores of rupees loss is assessed in last few years, buses of u.p.s.r.t. and others were damaged.political figures use it as a weapon to lead such agitations to bring position in their party or cheap publicity to divert the minds of public from main issues of development.on one side people cry for progress and on one side destroy the government or undertakings property.the main target are railways and buses of state transport already not in good shape.may be the private operators accompany such to earn in private transport in shortage of buses. if you see the clippings or videos you will find many in all party agitation except they change caps, flags,or duppatas.the organizers are happy by seeing such a huge turn up and crowd, they are idles sitting and have no work on such occasions they get food and sometimes some money.as i have suggested that such campaigns should be in writing and verified signatures of the supporters.prior permission and place for such gathering should be prior fixed to no disturbance to general.
all political parties should see for law and order and this is their responsibility to save nations property and to reduce the inconveniences of commuters or foreigners. all political parties to find out newer approaches to put their demand and should leave habit of pre independence methods which were to harm the economy of Britishers. now its our property and losses in any form due to jam,or otherwise effect our country economy and we see it in way of increase of taxes.
i request all party leaders to get out the country from this indirect losses and a law should be passed in parliament and assemblies otherwise the antisocial will take advantage of such occasions by being with the mob or crowd.
