as mentioned earlier experiences and problems give me ideas to write, i often during my movement keep an open eye and retaliate or suggest. latest water logging is always a problem in Agra ,it occurs more in newly developed areas,yesterday when queen batton was in agra any how water logging was controlled due to control.then why not in normal days,the problem has occurred due to filling of tals which use to store excess water and slowly it use to go through attached drains.nobody gave attention when they were encroached.the irrigation department also not looked for it .due to tals in kheria turn decades back their was no water logging,people occupied the open deep land and n.m.p. or a,d,a, passed plans without seeing the site or land simply stamping on maps that approval of map does not give you the ownership rights. this is the use of law which gives you a right to fight .same case is with registrar office they are concerned of their fee ,responsibility is of buyer or seller. this is the reason only people sold archeological property called badshahis which were a temporary residence of artisans or then army. you can find old structures inside the new constructed houses. if old paintings are seen the gate towards tajgung populated area was big open dallans with a room inside with doors and big gates of which few are there and few demolished, there was a single roof in my childhood and multistory building on those roofs which spoiled the beauty of third gate of taj. this all occurred due to no law in earlier British period there were all open dallans and kothris like a.s.i. have innovated after getting it vacant from a retired guide. . this has happened with many a.s.i. and other historical places which once was a govt controlled property but to ignorance and no care it was occupied by opportunists due to income. in my childhood all area around Delhi gate was open with no shops or garages etc except a masjid an gate now all encroached . illegal constructions can be seen around idgah,Darling abu UL Ulah,jalal bukhari Ahmad bukhari Abdullah sayyed and many other thousands of properties of u.p. wakhf board and central wakf board who are under district magistrate of Agra since British time but due to no attention valuable baradaries, etc were picked away by anti socials and due to corruption of muttawalis generally appointed by wakf board are not looking after the property and the historical remains as such and grave yards are towards vanish .a day will come that their will be no place for cremation. thank god that calamities like earth quake,plague like diseases and other calamities have not occurred otherwise what must have been the situations. those time rulers allotted so much of land because those lakhs use to die in wars, etc. these places had boundaries, demarcations, and even stone marks, chowkidars were getting salary from wakf. a office was maintained and the areas were full of trees which the forest dept t use to look after. then wakf minister maulana abul kalam azad could not give these in direct control of wakf board due to muttawalis and sajjada nashins of dargahs, who did not wanted administrators of such big properties due to their personal interests, due to their strong opposition of these muttawalis the maintenance and protection of these places could not be done and they are towards perish.
when i write i don't know why i start telling the historical mistakes, the reason is that initial mistake only become not treatable cancer for society. then govt or other agencies compromise on wrong due to public or political pressure and the coming generations face problems and trouble. if every thing is done by abiding law ,proper verification, sincerely in national and public interest then the picture can be different.
the problem of terrorism,so much of corruption ,no fear of law, no systems,take law in hand ,immigration of foreign elements,,filtration in India occurred more during the formation of bangla desh .India allowed refugees many were non Bengali also who can speak Hindi well. they also came back with refugees or they took advantage of it and went back to their old villages before independence, and from there they went to other cities and vanished. that time in vain of happiness we diverted from the exact situation .indian bangladeshi were bhai bhai and those migrants of India which cold not become bengalis hide away and thousand not went back because they went to east Pakistan thinking that we are going to Muslim country but they did not knew that bengalis will not accept them the Indians have a language and area priority since thousands of years and that can not be changed . many of my relatives for better prospects migrated to Pakistan but still they are muhajirs,many left to other countries, this is not with middle east or developed countries. their views are different. . society can be divided for sometime on base of religion caste or creed but after some time they forget. politics have always created this communal feeling, the British rulers took advantage, partitioned India, generations forgot, the present kings to get throne took advantage nothing happened to them .lakhs of innocents were effected to hide their weaknesses they highlight the emotions of people. why yet such law was made that if their will be any dispute which can create law and order problem government will acquire that p[lace and a national monument will be made at that place, why all parties not became united on this matter . if this must have been done no fear ,no precautions, no security,no holidays, what the politicians give a chance to antisocial,anti national elements to take benefit

i was writing how i get matter to write .this is also due to the problems i face like many others,but i share with my readers,students,frinds so that they may know about it earlier which i or others could not .the purpose is to bring awareness. many years back i wrote to govt of india,that a start to trace antisocials is the vehicles,proper numbering,clear numbering etc. the central govt forwarded the letter to then state govt and a acknowledgement to me . bot for years the implementatation was not done.in it was over loading,we see the antisocials or looters,and even terrorists are moving with two to three passengers,and due to no strictnessby r.t.o.,and traffic and other police they are taking advantage and run away on such .due to many turns and rush they are not caught. on last satyrday i was in sanjay place agra. i saw two girls were sitting in rickshaw two on motor cycle passed by ,the police two in number sitting on chairs just next to lic. office showed there unawareness though i saw they noticed. if this will be the terror of youngsters,not known who they are .definitely the advantage will be taken. i have seen on sultan gung ki pulia that homeguard will run after loaded tampoo but will never stop overloaded passenger tampoo or goods one. are we not giving advantage to such when four people on duty. rarely r,t.o. department is seen checking small vehicles in other places then m.g.road or highway from where heavy traffic passes easy to complete the target ..every body wants to complete its min. target and want to sit in their offices. nobody is sicere in thir duties so the culprits are taking advantage. if you say to somebody why overloadind his reply is thana,chowki,r.t.o.,and contracter ko bhi dena hai.......this is to be verified what is true what a image has been drawn by few wrong,even the foreigners are not spared by such who are involved in working of as they say on behalf of concerned. their they say openly we give daily,weekly and monthly.it is the same case of those vendors who sellon rods ,under trees etc in busy areas a main shelter for antisocials. this is not found in any developed country their is a municipality specified place and directly the department collects the charges,and the valid receipts can be checked by police or the concerned seniors,it minimizes corruption,because the contractor or private is not answerable .
what i feel that due to such people who are not employees and are dadas of area or political connections have added their high %and aboot more than 80 %is extracted in between. their are even private people seen running for mandi samiti,sales taax,customs and exiuse they catch hold the source of income and bring at the check post.the main reason of jams on highways,can see on travel by road people taking out diesal,exchanging gas cylinders,and even dropping goods etc. from trucks. the corruption has rooted deeply in society for greed. if any officer is strict he is generally facing transfer .in many cases seen earlier officials have been knowingly accidented if they follow antisocials,they have a big lobby even supported by locals,antisocials,and even many self designated party workers roaming with flags of different parties. sometimes misiterrpreted plates on vehicles .theexact post very small and member of the house very big.having sirons (horns)like big leader or i.a.s.,. the illiterates who do not know are impressed or sometimes they even take advantage,generally even they accompany a person with air gun with a cover and three or four people in white and one of them pose himself as a big gun. even police not checks them for papers etc. for your awareness i may tell you that if any mm.p.,,m.l.a.,minister.or a senior party leader is coming in certain area it is earlier informed to the local thana,and to the thanas he will pass,and its a duty of local police to accompany such members of houses. this way is also with thase party heads who are of natianal or state level whather they are in power oor not.so beware of such .
their are many other measures taken as per protocol which i cannot mention here due to security reasons,those who had been associted with big portfolios recognise such. simply dressing like a leader does not make you leader for that you need work,support,impartility,and many other things which allparties verify from their ways. simply money not get the status or ticket for election. many other things and confidental pledge is taken before selection.


so to reduce crime it is necessary for citizens to cooperate govt. agencies. if they will resist due to fearthe number of antisocials will increase and more trobles in coming days can be observed.public partnership and cooperation can bring improvement.

there are many sources from which i get inspiration to write,they only become a source of my topic i narrate them in my articles,blogs,etc. a can be a help for youngsters ,they can be aware of in their life when they have to take decision in same case, they can take precautions. when i will complete blogs above 100 i will edit and compile them in book form for t it will also help the other new writers to give an idea,and sometimes will be helpful n finding some historical events and mistakes. i will also add reference books information for detailed studies.
where are we to take precautions.g. before taking any policy see well the rules and regulations,see your bindings. fill the forms,etc with your own hands if filled by others get it checked by others if you illiterate. do not sign blindly on faith,never give blank cheques to even your nears and dears. you can sometimes cheated or harmed. do not give witness of the person if even brought to you by nearest, many times you face trouble due to help to unknown.
check your passbook entry and keep a record of deposits and withdrawals,on the portion provided in cheque books for the purpose.while using a.t.m.,extra precaution is needed,thorough record to be kept,slips to be kept till you cross check. many times wrong tranfer happen in accont. this has started since the system was centralised,a one number mistake and name not cheked the money can transfer to other accont. if such mistake occurs immediately inform the bank. accept high value cheques of saving account,non business class,or from an unknown customer. the process of action by law is lenthy and timetaking. in many cases people told me when the person gave cheque the balance was good to pay but by the time your cheque was presented the balance was withdrawn. and returnig to the party only assurances,or even sometimes no recovery. so precaution is the best,sometimes to pay litle amount for making drafts,or to save some tax sold cash people accept cheques and face trouble.
in my earlier blogs i have written proper account nearly bear same expenses finally.proper documentation finally gives the same margin of profit and share of tax. why to save litle be in the hands or target of antisocial elements,who rob you in way of pickpocketing,theft in house or during travel. you always feel unsafe and fearfulin carrying big amount. if you take tax from customer you pay to govt. and be safe from such incidents. improper documentation is only reason of raids,bribery,and uncomfirt . take help of professionals,buy or purchase on memos,keep right stocks and recards-accounts.help the nation ,why the part of revenue may go in wrong hands. why big entrpreniurs face minimum problem. you can even hire an accountant on partime,if educated learn to keep ypurself.
crores of people are working in proper way and earning profits,there are also business of all categories. but the problem in india is customer pays,many of the items are tax paid and only to save individual income tax people are hiding income. the other benifit of cashmemo is that it is guarantee of this that you have purchased genuine medicine or product. you can also avail warranty,gurantee,after sales service also on such.
at last i will again repeat that go through well before signing any document and also keep a photo copy for your memory .you may not be in troble like a person who so;d his vehicle without proper transfer and another who signed on belief of some known and is now summoned by court through police after twenty years.

generally when i interact many people ,few ask a question how you give or write on matters not of your part of profession. my reply is all i learn from the incidences i read in news paper,hear from people during my way to somewhere,in court,on shops,and i hear the problems of my friends,neighbours,and relatives. i generally go in deep with the effcted person,go along with my nears to know the exact position to advocates,police station,concerned offices. there only when i see the problems faced ,i study the lacunas and mistakes of which the concerned is taking advantage,i study the solutions by which the work can be done. but sometimes i fail due to to some technical errors and requirements. yhough the professinal dalals indulged know the alternative documentation,due to direct approach and no support by senior officers,the work remains pending. sometimes due tounawareness the mistakes are done and people involved in corruption get chance to earn. e,g., my neighbour use to live in city,two brothers migrated to kamla nagar,the third brother at the time of renewal not knew that on surredering old ration card the person migrated will need a surrender certificate. their is no record of old one,now because a new ration card is to be made in kamla nagar, though the applicant have pan card,driving licence,telephone no. house tax,water tax,with present address the department is asking to bring old ration surrender certificate then only new card on present address can be issued. it was some duty of the concerned who cancelled the old to guide that take surreder of those who have migrated to other place.these are the ways lacunasare occured due to no awareness. the case is pending and the deptt. is only after surreder,its a old case and the needy is running to different offices.
every where there is no system one one my known got some old papers,in which he found his father had paid 3 to four premiums and after wards he died. if the papers must have lost the money must have lied pendind .their is a provision if premium is paid more then a fixed times the money is returned with interests.crores of rupees is lying in such way if any recovery is there the person is even searched fom graveyard. but why not also to people whose depositors have died and the heirs do not know and the money is with insurance companies,baks,etc. so their should be some action by the govt to search such and if the time bar ends such funds should go to government account with the provision that if ever somebody claims the money will be paid. first letters by postal deptt.shold be sent to concerned and on retun the further process should be followed. by the provision that if you will not run the policy for certain period the policy holder money will be lapsed,many private chitfunds insurance company earned crores. many cold not understand the agent or advertisement in which rules and regulations are generally in english,or bluffed one. many times i could understand viewing many times. yhe agents and development officers get good commissiuon on first installment and are interested in it,and the inocents are bluffed or misguided. many i saw in such private companies that they will not have to pay after running for three years and they even lost the initial amount. so govt should pass a law that if even one installment is given the amont initially dposited should be returned,because due to circumstances thogh the individual had taken risk cover for one year or saving in income tax, but by time of maturity the service providing company must have earned good interest profit and also the vale is depriciated an exytra benifit. many of indians do not take i.t. benifit ,and sometime t yhey even not claim on death and their heirs oeven not know the vale of such documents. a campaign fairy is needed to retun the money of such. this shuld not go to the profit of the companies,because in past their was only govt undertaking and now is private sector also so new law is needed to control .
generally i am in favour of private sector in production but i always wrote to govt the profit givig works like banks,postal services,insurance must not have been given in the hands of private,it is seen that privat t.p.a. are not entertaining well in cashless ,the problem i personally faced.when i went to a network hospital in delhi. the biggest examle is of b.s.n.l., when we had such a strong network of telephoe the private was given licences and the b.s.n.l.,which was connecting every village started giving losses.the private captured the urban taking the advantage of pre planned consipiracy of at once rising the rates of b.s.n.l., and people left such an old service and turned to private,such hitirical errors by the government had also harmed indian postal services. in remote areas the service proversof private sector has not devloped their network due to loss. they send their parcels to such remote areas by indan postal services.by conferencing even the telehone landline companies connect people to villages and other remote and tribal areas. since british time people funds wre spent in developing this network and others are enjoying the facility. this is a planning mistake done by planners and well known economists of india. i apposed during those days it was to be implemented,and i said if such sectors we will give to private from where we will get staff for elections,verifications,etc. the population will increase and govt employees will reduce. the britishers the founders of such services kept such services in their hands for many purpses,one of which was that govt official was answerable,questionable,and perment and controllable. due to securty point of view and tactics,and transparency it was important to keep communication ,postal,and railways etc in own hands so that some misuse may not be taken .non govt employee is not screened during appointment as govt. employee. private sector even have foreign employees and many companies are not of indian origin and have many internatinal branche.so such departments which have importance to tactics and related with such services i generally mention sholuld be kept in any how control of govt employees may be on deputation to keep an eye as it is a matter of safety and security.simplt t.r.i.,can not solve this ,and can can control phsically.
i know the lacunas and greedy ness of non govt organisation how they were finding methods to earn more and pay less taxes,custom duty etc. and how the foreign companies were helping in such acts, nothing should happen at the cost of revenue of govt,if this continues how country will develop.the country need planning by experts not by such whoi even not know abcd of technology,agriculture,engineering,etc. leave this task to expertrts and you just sign like queen of england. india have many big brins in every field retired or in service. due to personal ambitions and interest interference of political may lead to a terrible economical failure. the indians should not forget the history that east india company entered in india for trading and business,and ultimately they weakened the economy by bringing foreign material to india,and now china products and other imports creating problem for home industry.attention to be given like foam finished indian leather shoe for indians,and leather shoe going on less export price to abroad and wearing rexine diseases creating shoes,.indians ins eating poor quality rice and other low quality material,at the cost of bnifits to few and a litle foreign revenue. our country have a vast population and if we depend on home industry we can produce any competive to developed countries.

roots of communalism deep in indian sub continent

communal feeling in india emerged to maximum in British period. the Britishers created this feeling and used this as a weapon to invade india. people not realized the fact and it entered deeply in the minds of people. the wise tactfully highlighted and pointed some issues to yhe people of india,they knew that Indians of all religions are very sensitive in religious matters. still many political people and others are taking advantage of it. they have divided people on the base of caste creed and religion,and enjoying by applying this formula.
so coming on the main topic and my concern is that common is unaware of facts,and very few have an opportunity to go through old literature,news papers,journals,events recordings films etc. many can be found in archives,indian records London.national libraries,college and university libraries. much can be found with personal collections.
there are many reasons due to which communal ism advantage was taken. the biggest advantage is partition of india. though m.a. Jinnah was called communal in public and demanded Pakistan for personal ambitions, but her daughter was non communal she married a non Muslim. the brave rajputs joined hand with Moguls due to which only Akbar had a big dynasty. maximum high posts were occupied by Hindus in mogul rule,even in the time of Aurangzeb. this was never highlighted that Aurangzeb put will that after death his tomb should be roofless and tulsi plant to be planted on its grave. nobody tells that Babur use to get rakhi tied every year by a Hindu queen. there are many historical facts if highlighted can create communal harmony. we are still reading history framed by Britishers for their advantage. it is true that Mahmud ghaznabi demolished many temples for wealth because those days also their was immense wealth in temples ,the greed of it made him to come to india many times. t5hese days also many temples and dargahs have lot of wealth like holy tirupati ajmer Ki dargah etc. the wealth always attracted such places. but nobody never wrote that Akbar gave properties to many temples,even Aurangzeb gave many villages to a temple in mathura. maulana Abdul kalam azad tried to save such documents,he came to agra to collect many from agra college agra and s.m.a.o. college and afterwards he sent prints of such documents,hope they must be save with college central library. sometimes many show themselves communal to gain attention or favour. their are many incidences published in then news papers. those days people use to rely only on paper news . a prime minister of that time after few years of independence before taking over the states was in the palace of then maharaja ,somebody from court asked why all Muslims were not moved from india,instead of telling the fact he told that the work of low quality who will do that-job. many Muslims showed there willingness to join and demand for Pakistan and 40% wanted to be with congress not with Muslim league in which frontier Gandhi and his party and many other leaders supported congress. Gandhiji was in not of favour of Pakistan but the ego and ambitions of some could not let to any solution or agreement. if any body else besides Mr. Nehru or Mr. Jinnah must have been selected the story must have been different .and the tactics of Britishers that indian sub continent may not emerge as powerful nation became true due to communal-ism. so in the end i would like to say that to be firm on your religion and faith is good but not at the cost of division of society and people. nobody should play for achieving something for personal benefit . hope for some improvement in this area and all will take initiative to to bring awareness and people to know the reality and facts......

communalism is one of the main factor in india due to whisch we are not getting the full majority govt. in central since a long period. due to this thinking their are many parties in india. the idealogy is based on religion though generally people and political parties call themselve non communal. if any party had leaders who must have thought seriously for the cuontry the situatin must have been different. the %of communal people was negligible before british came to india. if this have been the case then mohd bi kasim who came with few hundred people in sind now in pakistan,must not have settled in india. this is the histirical fact that muslims survived in the indian subcontinent due to cooperation extended by the majority of hindus.the %of non muslims was more than muslims in the army of muslim rulers. even mamud ghaznavi who only came to india for money took the help of locals on his way to gujrat. after looting wealth he use to give a part of wealth to professinal fighters of afghanistan,sind,punjab and others. was it had been possible that without support few hundreds of muslims must have survived in india. the story must have been like spain the muslims could only rule till they gave good adminstration. afterwards when they became corrupt they were thrown off. after the origin of islam the muslims rilers ruled well till they were true muslims as soon they became like kings of other part of world they were divided in many countries. this all i am mentioning that muslim initial rulers ruled in many parts of world by their policy of love,equality,justiceand good administration not by power as many say .it was not possible to rule a country in minority.if they have been cruel the majority must not have accepted it .they must have left the country if only people must have attaced or oppsed. it was not a very big task.india had many brave and wise rajputs,yhey also entertained moghuls due to their good rule and reforms which india needed.many staes were always a hindrance to develop the indian continent. the muslimm rulers of all periods ruled with the help of local rajas,commanders,warrors,and army. need always allow compromises.the rulers before muslims invaded india were fed up with regular fights with small states. ater great ashoka india was large in area only in the time of moghul akbar. india developed and organised well in the time of sher shah suri and akbar to shahjehan,thogh in the time of aurangzeb south created lot of problems for him and that was the reason of downfall of moghuls. after the death of aurangzeb again many states emerged and india was again ruled by many. so by diving people in the name of caste and creed india had always faced losses. due to no unity only the 1857 efforts of independance wwas not successful. the british took yhe advange of communal divisin .first east india company weakened indi,made fight between each other. prevented many states to be away from pre independance movement,nizam hyderabad who declared his own state in the time of moghuls joined the english, then old rajah of the south state was taken in favour against hyder ali and tipou sultan. . the britihers knew the soft corner of indians either muslims or hindus,they brought religion in between and were success ful in ruling india for decades,becuse by this time the %of communal people had gone high.
so if religion ever have assoiated with politics,or such people have entered in rule the sub continent have always harmed.the biggest example of it is partition of india. it was only due to communal and opportunists elements. late mohd ali jinnah who became the lader of muslims only taking benifit of this. i do not know how then muslim religious leaders not gave fatwa against him,or why he was not examined that was he a true follower of islam. these political leaders to get their positions and to fulfil their desires are responsible for the death of lakhs of people due to communal rights. coming educated generations when will go through the old journals,newspapers,books,etc will hate them of knowing their reality.
why people instead of such like communaism,opportunism,castism,statism,personalism,and weathism not think of humanity,nationalism,and development of their respective countries.why we not take lesson from past history for a little personal benifit.

agra is very backword in development. though the agra development authority ,n.m.p., is getting high revenue and tajmahal is world heritage,the city is connected by old roads of moghul and british time. the bus stands,railway stations,roads are not at all of international standard. the colonies developed aon delhi kanpur road is not the effort of agra authorities. they themself developed,due to awas vikas ,other private colonisers,and national highway authority. after independence no appreciatig work has been done by agra adminstration. the tourists from all over the world are seen fighting with jams of road in the city. if their must not have been highway imagine what position it had been. agra could not get its civil aerodrome due to inactiveness of representative m.p.,til yet.the roads position is worst.maintenance is very poor .how we are proud to call it a city of taj. the sitation of m.g. road is worst. fly overs will also not the solution,because their are so many crossings. if so many fly overs are made then it will only be up and down and lot of demolition will be needed and will always be delayed due to hindrances by many mazars,temples,and other strructeres.
now there is only one alternative that is new road on well architeched pillars in between and small pillars for support on road pedestrian side. the old road will run as usual and new roof road from bhawan talkies to agra cant will be very convenient. seeing the importance of agra the state and central govt should bring special projects to develop the city as per internatonal standard. many foreigners only come to agraand this image is in their mind for india. no leader or party shold keep any prejudice in this matter. this is a national issue. many articles in foreign magazines show yhe dirty pictures of agra and most have been picturised showing road jams on the way from taj to fathepur sikri or from agra fort to etmaduddaulah. the high tiket charged by forigners and such poor atmoshere had been criticised by many. do the aristocrats and beurocrats of indian govt. have never felt of such. we the indians feel shame on such comments. attention is specially needed.
agra have always got step mother attitude and also ne3glected since independance.the agra authorities also could not develop as required due to hindrances of court orders,encroachment,lack of initiative and corruption. the low standard work and not adopting right technology and poor construction is the another cause. if years back when there was not so much construction on main roads if the roads must have been brodened the situation must not have worst as at presnt. before passing plans the master plan of agra was not kept in mind,
proper planned rods and flyovers ,proper parking can resolve the problem to a large extent. slow moving vehicles,godowns,now need to be sent outside the old city like delhi. thes sort of godowns can be shifted to existing or newly contructed sites on the borders of agra on connecting highways. uptill when the residents of agra will face hardness,suffering,and other problems due to benifit of those few who are always getting late the shiftings by political or other support.
the planners and adminstration and the govt should give attention to devlop this historical city. the city is visited daily by lakhs of tourist due to tajmahal,fathehpur sikri etmaduddaulah,sikandra,and many other small historical places and a big business centre of handicraft famous all over the world. the high dignitories visit from all over the world and the road from kheria and aerodrome to taj is also not wide and traffic is stopped for hours in such visits. hope is now also sill we are not late proper planned construction and control can resolve the problem
