i dont know about other countries but in our country service class (max.%)have become immuned not to work u can see in all dept. ,s u can find every where people calling to the concerned for their work if u r bold enough to complaint thn b ready to be harrassed in other way, can people start to stop corruption from there homes a good start can bring awareness,and this can b the the help to contribute something for the nation.
