i have written many such in my articles and comments on different websites and others.
the reality is that in six tees and seventies generally mass was dependent on govt. hospitals.doctors outside were there only for consultation.my brother got full treatment in s.n.medical agra.then the hospital had good facilities.the wards were well arranged.the nurses and doctors were always in ward. checking of patients every shift.senior doctors to see their patients.outdoors were rushed.good hygienic meals.bedsheets changed every day.toilets clean.all staff for help available.i was again in 200 in same hospital.nothing as in past was there. the doctor who was seeing father took for test outside from his pocket because that case was for his m.s.,millions of funds are coming from developed countries where they are. even in district hospital their is no vaccine available for rabies to all.once when i was very strict then i got some for my servant to whom dog bite but on high source and recommendation.though always such injections are found easily available with outside shops but always short in gov. hosp.the attitude and behavior in govt. hospitals is not friendly or cooperative. in 1990s when i was in k.g.m.c Lucknow i got good treatment of e.n.t.,but when having same image i went in 2009 for my rt. eye treatment i suffered great problems.my operation was delayed by doctor for for six hours.the infection increased and my eye still have problems and i had to spent much on it. i suffered by mistakes only. delay by a local doctor for 48 hours diagnosing or error or trial.to hide his o/t or operation mistakes.no second opinion taken in the case.though many doctors of Agra advise must have been taken.for such reason i suggested earlier to i.m.a. to also medically check the doctors to confirm they continue to be fit for o/p. now see in k.g.m.c. Lucknow the doctor who was responsible for o./p/ was sitting in his cabin busy with his research work.one assistant of her without any effort for first aid kept me waiting for hours.the assurance only given was less chances of cure.o.k. i was in o.t. there one ward boy took my medicines. boys under training mixed the medicines. some mistake occurred i was hearing discussions of the flock there inside o.t. looking like a butchery house with many o.t. tables.then after long wait at the doctor came. some injection was to be given. i heard the direction to a m.s. girl student.she put the needles in wrong direction it was pulled back when the preparation was going on i also asked the boys there to get or ask new medicine if there is any doubt. the result was it not worked on then on third day other inj. was administered or culture sample taken.being educated i was understanding English interaction.the problem to go to k.g.m.c. was that i left from agra for Indira Gandhi eye hospital kaisarbagh Lucknow.there i got registered as emergency case in early morning,but at 10.00 i was denied saying that the concerned doctor is on leave.there also in routine the case was with nurses and the doctors on to be checked in their cabins. i realized no sympathy.a senior doctor there suggested me to go to some private.i asked to forward officially she refused.the records are with me.i also complained to foundation but never any reply.the hospital suggested was not my panel of cashless mediclaim being first chance i even not knew that other hosp. exp. can be also claimed. the fact is that what mass must be facing in such hospitals working only as a practical and research centre. i remember old days the students use to sit upstairs of o.t. theatres none was allowed without fumigation etc inside to prevent infections.their are thousands of dispensaries in urban and rural lying without doctors,staff etc. billions help come in medical to n.g.o.s to Asia and also to india. where it is,nobody to see it is going to the needy or not.so overall the position of govt. hospital is very bad shape. it needs special attention. the doctors of hospitals to work like as decades back use to do.the rate of successful operation was above 95 percent.people had faith in govt hosp. diversion to private is because of no alternate.the govt hosp. only provide patients for students.
i request the govt to start good and well equipped facilities in govt.hosp. and provision for medicine etc. to those who cannot afford.

my ideas are from my great experiences in my life.

recently many are very active on corruption and black money issue. though the homework was done by many in past. all the governments tried to find out to get rid of. since ages the religions and reformers wrote on it and directed people. in all religions corruption is ban. all residing in india are citizens and understand well the right or wrong.the staring governments of congress then of b.j.p. in their tenure took measures but all failed due to undue ambitions of aristocracy,bureaucracy,service class public or business class,the corruption was found negligible in professionally managed due to strict controls and management. on such i have written a lot in my columns,letters to p.m.o. c.m office for measures. but those who were to implement and involvement of many in corruption could not make success the efforts of governments. the only to blame are those who cooperate such for their benefits or to get job done wrong or early.the business class to save taxes adopted this bribe/suvidha formula.all loss went to revenue of governments causing price hikes,poor construction,repeated works etc.many of such i have highlighted in my blogs. Gandhiji adopted such satyagrahs,Anshan etc against Britishers to get independence.he understood well that by coming in direct fight will give direct loss to the lives of Indians only.their was chance of civil war if he must not have adopted this strategy. i always wrote that extra accumulation of money by any ways led the mind of a person towards dictatorship. so in our constitution all was given to elected,they guaranteeing represent citizens of india in majority. the crisis as i wrote earlier came due to many political parties and no very strong opposition to keep the ruling very vigil.the parliament could not make very strict laws. it led to uncertainty. the reason was that the choice instead to be on agenda diverted to state,caste, or religion. too many divisions lost control of the party heads. all parties have their clear agenda and all having same ideology can join one nearest to their thinking.this will make the elections triangular as in past two strong parties and one azad or many if the party have not presented good candidate AS PER LOCALS CHOICE. HE CAN SUPPORT THE PARTY OF HIS CHOICE TO MAKE GOVERNMENT STRONG. IT WILL BE BETTER FOR POLITICIANS TO BE ON PLATFORM OF THEIR IDEOLOGY NOTHING TO BE LIKE CHANGING PARTIES AGAIN AND AGAIN THIS IS NOT TRUE POLITICS. this way the best will represent to assemblies or parliament. then no space for opportunists and one choice and no confusion. any can be free and is free to join any organization he likes,follow his religion.but politics to be only politics.only in national interest and for the development for the country. now it is the time to screen the anti-socials,criminals,opportunists others who have entered politics for their benefits.see my old blogs for much more on crime and corruption to save themselves from law and order or for delays in enquirees. i wrote earlier that all parties to screen well their members,candidates,portfolio holders to make a strong base and competition in the the contest for representation.that can result in good popular,majority supported governments with strong republished transparent agenda. this will enable political parties to remove their badges.then india can hope of good governance by any party. the option as per constitution is only parliament.the only legal way to form any law for any cause or demand with no law and order problem with liberty to citizens to commute freely without hindrances of jams,crowds blockages of road etc. the political parties can entertain suggestion of nominated,other personalities but not to support or make any prestige issue the political leaders have a platform WITH THEM BY THE PEOPLE,FOR THE PEOPLE AND OF THE PEOPLE.THEY CAN UTILIZE SUCH AND PRESENT SOME MORE NEW FACES IN INDIAN POLITICS LIKE MANY BHARAT RATNAS PRODUCED EARLIER BY OUR COUNTRY. i also write a lot for keeping the globe clean and green.but one is to see how he is helping to support this cause.i do not have open land but outside my house is some guards earlier made by forests department.i not allowed to remove and cover by tiles. one ashok tree and four others survived.though many tree guards were removed in my area and then the trees disappeared.though now one of the social activists of our are is trying to plant again good efforts.the cause of removal was few bricks and a good space to park.but now in summer due to no trees shade the thinking failed.now they all search tree shelter. this is benefit of big trees it give shelter to all including birds and animals in area and also stray dogs and cows.so to protect trees common will have to save them.every citizen can help only by not harming them,thinking of its use.greenery can only be all over in public partnership.government agencies can provide plants,guards,but watering and protection will have to be done by locals.as all are fond of mobiles,vehicles all will have to be aware of the need of trees and their protection.many harm them for wood. if you see such anti socials you will have to complaint for such and prevent if possible.forest departments can plant in govt offices hospitals,near railways property,other offices.the concerned departments to be responsible for maintenance.a complete record to be maintained of surviving trees.and fruit giving trees are also required to get food to many birds and many can enjoy as return of maintenance. neem jamun,khinni,guava,mango,orange and many others can be planted seeing the space.this will keep the areas clean and also prevent encroachment.all road sides trees lost due to broadening etc. new to be planted to increase the number.industries and new colonies to be developed in those areas where land is not fertile which we say useless for farming. roads are good but it not mean that all may be converted into concrete.40 %of all newly developed colonies and industrial areas to be reserved for trees and green may be gardens surrounded by big trees.no permission to be given easily to convert farming land to residential or commercial.so that private builders may not take opportunity.sites where the garbage is thrown when filled to be converted into gardens with trees to make the soil good.polythene and poly packs of any type has been a threat to natural growth of jungles and trees.the land due to such poly materials is also preventing seepage of rain water and preventing plants and trees to grow. it use in packing outside or inside in any form to be stopped. simply mentioning recyclable will not work.it is uneconomical to collect such because no sale value due to transport cost etc.the new packing materials is also a threat to environment.only tin glass or aluminum is easily picked off.the poly bags to be banned all over india and paper or jute to be allowed they are environment friendly and do not harm to nature land,animals birds trees etc.
so to keep all green and cool to protect trees,less covered area,open land to allow seepage,plantation on the sides of irrigation canals,deepening of ponds,water harvesting in all multistory and houses above 200 sq. yards is necessary. r.o. plants for commercial use from underground water to be banned. they may use natural rivers,or discharges of effluents.cleaning by r.o. to make it usable by reverse osmosis and boiling is possible to make it usable FOR DRINKING.SUCH COMPANIES WHO ARE SELLING WATER ON HIGH PRICES CAN SURVIVE AND AFFORD.TO USE R.O., FOR COMMERCIAL USE TO BE TOTALLY BANNED OTHERWISE A SEVERE THREAT TO HUMAN ANIMALS BIRDS AND ENVIRONMENT.BECAUSE IF WATER LEVEL WILL GO VERY DOWN THEN THE TREES WILL NOT SURVIVE AND THE GREEN AREAS WILL COVERT INTO DESERT. THEN IT WILL BE TOO LATE. SO PLANT MAX. TREES TO SAVE THE PLANET.

much can be controlled if properly managed

what all i suspect,i write,is many times true.it is based on my observations.i write after thorough studies and exchange of views.active since Jan-2001,after taking voluntary retirement from my profession due to personal reasons and to join secret social help.without any interest in politics or be a part of any organization my basic aim is education and awareness.i hate earning money in name of social service or for increasing popularity.i see everything in large view for healthy new generation helpful for the country.i hate politicization of personal issues and personal matters,and to take benefit of such causing hindrances for administration to control.i do not like to make everything communal or to hate any community caste or creed without knowing the reality and no knowledge of any religion.religion is only for worshiping god,it should not be taken for politics.though all say such but how many follow.this all is due to no proper education and wrong interpretation of any religion.i am also against pressure of political figures for supporting such which they know is harmful for society or country.antisocial is antisocial and should not get any help to get rid or delay in punishment.this only give rise to crime.though the efforts for reforms are going on since independence but due to no cooperation of all political parties due to loss of vote bank and not being on one platform for right causes made the law and order problem.ultimately the revenue,property,losses by agitations,bandhs,rallies all cause national losses.my concern is to prevent such and can be prevented if petty matters or local matters may be resolved by concerned district authorities,police,local representatives,or by society,court or in assemblies or parliament.if all will take law in hands they are not good sign of democracy.leaders should also be patient and particular in giving statements and media should not help such who want to increase popularity by giving controversial statements and mostly afterwards apologize.by such free popularity and on news.the issue of corruption was pending since long and if some constructive must have been done in law making house few must not have got popularity in few days and to cash such.this if not given attention people will start coming up for little causes and can be a serious problem to administration.the best is to choose the best representation possible and if not up to the mark a change.liberty to the extent it not harms others is right.political leaders can oversee such support which they think not genuine.now the political activities are always on roads it means that the representative bodies are not fulfilling the demands and requirements of there area.such first to be put up in concerned houses and IF SUCH SITUATION COMES THAT NO SOLUTION OR ATTENTION THEN ONLY PROTESTS.overall all much losses are occurred in such which are overseen in anxiety and propaganda.i was viewing one protest in which rotten tomatoes were thrown this is not a way of protest.it can be done in decent way.eve beating etc can even give chance to anti socials to act for their deeds.the blame will go to mo=b of such untoward s incidents which are sometimes out of control.for this the best is that generally happens the authorities will have to be very fast to reach the sites,and the compensation etc which generally people demand may be solved amicably with the help of locals.delays cause loss to public or private property.as happened yesterday in agra in some marriage conflict the passer by vehicles also damaged who had no concern.generally the anti socials take advantage of such situation that people may run and they get some valuables etc.generally seen many procession leaded and in end few antisocial enter and in end situations out of control and mainly harm to outsiders,transporters or public property or government property.for this i wrote in my previous articles that specified places to be for such.not to be allowed on busy roads or crossings.a law can be made for such.this is in practice in developed countries specified places for rallies etc.

much of the revenue can be increased from those who are using footpath for generators,covered parking,others.hoardings should be registers and on specified places to prevent unviewing of vehicle drivers on roads and crossing.self made sign boards can be seen all over the cities causing hindrance to traffic and parking or movement.generally people park vehicles and this causes jams or inconvenience to others.encroachment in from of shops can be seen all over the state.if such are removed 80%rush problem will itself solve.only strictness can prevent such these are repeated within few days.the shopkeepers are also charging daily fare for the footpath they allow to the encroach.to help them some nearby land may be chosen like weekly bazaars and they can earn there.besides sanitation the inspectors supervisors can keep eye on illegal encroachment as they are daily in are.their should be a provision to pay rent of the encroached government land on circle rate if the cases in court are pending or otherwise,to stop to enjoy the free facility due to pending in court etc.on such places where the land is of no use back rent may be taken and the space may be sold to the occupants on present rates.such areas are all over the state illegally occupied for residential or commercial activities.on wakf lands if evacuation not possible new property or land for the original purpose it was may be purchased from the present circle compensation for the land or property.for controlling jams on service roads such barriers may be put that heavy vehicles may prevent to pass it can be kept on such height that possible only for light vehicles to pass.such enter in such service roads and prevent easy movements of vehicles.as i wrote earlier also that cross movement of two sides on crossing must be stopped.as we can see on sultan gung crossing bye pass near kamla nagar agra.lamp traffic posts adjusted on flow of vehicles on highway can be installed.proper management can only reduce the pressure at the moment.till any other alternative comes.

much revenue can be saved by using small glasses of mineral water in parties,meetings,and other occasions.generally seen that one liter water is not consumed and on every seat one is there.to make the country economy sound every part will have to be seen.money saved is the money earned.much can be improved if all on their places think of saving something which can be used in other social causes to help the needy.

the reasons of administration failures.

generally the bureaucracy is blamed for delays and others.i have observed very minutely the hindrances which not let them give their full.during the operations they start for improvement the first hindrance is that every person pressure to be a member of some organization or another.if you live in a city you can find easily any source through somebody your relative or friend.before independence very few were active in politics,only selected use to go for political affairs.it remained in control for two or three decades.seeing others taking benefit many joined one party or other or any organizations.this gave an opportunity to few anti socials to join any.all brought this in practice to associate with any party and get shelter.many earned money from unfair means and to get security and to stop retaliation by their opposites or prevent any untoward incident, this made a very bad image of politics.political support is a right of any person,he can vote to any.but any favor,prevention to admin became a disadvantage.decades back political parties were only active during action but now for little causes like road mishaps,admissions,active politics is there.many party portfolio holders reach the site,pressure starts coming in favour on or another.every party makes it a personal issue.this leads to confrontation and support to illegals and anti-socials.earlier it was not possible to gather supporters but due to mobile and fast CONVEYANCES PEOPLE ACCUMULATE AT ONCE.SUCH CAN BE SEEN IN THE CASE OF ANY CHECK FOR ELECTRIC,WATER,ASSESSMENT,OR IF ANY CHALLAN IS TO BE IMPLEMENTED .PEOPLE ARE FEARLESS TO BREAK LAW DUE TO SUCH UNDUE SUPPORTS.THIS POLICY IS ADOPTED BY ALL EITHER BUSINESS CLASS,COMMON MAN,PETTY VENDOR,PRIVATE CARRIER,OF ANY CASTE,CREED OR RELIGION,COMMUNITY.INSTEAD OF REPORTING TO POLICE THE PEOPLE START HANDLING MANY CASES BY THEIR OWN.HOW IT TO BE CONFIRMED THE SO-CALLED CULPRIT IS GENUINE OR CREATED.IF ALL WILL TAKE LAW IN THEIR HANDS IT CAN BE MISUSED FOR SOMEBODY IN HATRED OR JEALOUSY.YOU CAN HOLD OF CULPRIT THIS COURT OR ADMINISTRATION IS TO DECIDE THE REALTY.MANY TIMES UNKNOWN WAS KILLED BY MOB,AND THEN THE MYSTERY OF THE INCIDENT COULD NOT BE KNOWN.I WAS READING IN NEWS THAT A DACOIT WHO WAS DECLARED KILLED WAS ALIVE LIVING SOMEWHERE IN HIDE.ONE CASE WAS SOLVED AFTER 20YRS.A MAN CHANGED HIS ID AND EVEN GOT NEW ONE.SUCH ACTIONS CAN GIVE CHANCES TO Real antisocial elements and many will get rid of punishment after doing serious crimes.nobody a mob or public has a right to take action against any culprit,this gives an opportunity to be beside curtain when no evidences left.so only national causes must be supported by political leaders and they can use their platform to get resolved in proper way.

the administration should be left free of any pressure to solve the situations.small matters should not be highlighted for political benefits.strict action can be taken only if free to inquire impartially.sometimes the wrong get advantage by making such pressure.their is no religion,caste,creed of anti-socials or opportunists.their interest is only greed and to earn illegally,this is the duty of neighbors,public,political parties their senior position holders to only recommend after complete screening for membership,of any party.if anyhow a wrong enters its a duty of near residents to inform parties or administration.to reduce crime and corruption,it is important right information to concerned.every person can not be vigil ed by admin.this duty comes to citizens to keep well informed the admin.never in hatred or jealousy for that you can be punished for wrong information.this way only admin can control the wrong activities and the graph of crime will go down.it is responsibility of admin to not leak in any way the where about of informer it should be kept secret and under senior position,because such can create personal jealousy or harm.


the admin. can prove very active by surprise checking s without the knowledge of subordinates.outside senior officers like r.t.o. inspectors,other staff can be called for checks and verification.good governance without corruption can only achieved by strictness.fear is necessary TO BE CREATED AMONG CITIZENS,all is due to large percentage of corrupt people.maximum do not want to pay the right revenue,or not want to work as per rules and regulations.this is the reason the greed of saving extra has developed the tendency of corruption.the advantage such are taking due to no regular checks.once on strictness problem is resolved and no coordination with all departments fail the efforts of others.as for overloading i wrote many times but the concerned are immuned not to check this gives the suspicion of their involvement as the operators say openly.the city bus service was not scheduled,it clears that the concerned are not faithful to their jobs and the city buses have not proved helpful due to not on certain interval,as the staff say that have to complete their kilometers.many political people do not come forward for such causes because they fear loss of their vote bank.no concern to nation losses.this tendency has come due to nobody answerable.much attention can be given if observed outdoor.planning inside never work reality is seen only by observation and routine check and all giving attention to their responsibilities.

very difficult to guarantee for results

the last month was full of anxiety due to movement against corruption and lokpal bill.this is very important and serious matter for the country.all supported the cause because all were not famous but support of film,t.v.,socialites,spiritual leaders and the print media and live media made it very famous and concerned.few politicians also tried to use it for their publicity but it was not supported by the real supporters present who thought that some way attention should come of the government.but the politics and basic complaints have come up.people are demanding that n.g.o.,spiritual leaders organizations,other organizations,religious organizations donations etc must also be covered in this bill.it is true that many industrialists transfer funds to their self styled organizations to save income tax.they are utilizing such places as their personal resorts etc.due to no record of agriculture in these premises they are going to their private use.accounting and balance sheets etc to be inspected by govt approved agencies is very necessary.this is also a corruption to enjoy the facilities like 7 star hotels in the premises under control of few.earlier it was mandatory or sometimes necessary that such were headed by i.a.s. deputed in the district for civil services like d.m.,commissioner a.d.m. or head of some other body. now the founders become life time patrons and succeeded by their successors so their is no direct control on funds transferred in such.

definitely such huge funds sources should be open.if the money comes as gupt Dan in charity boxes such boxes should be sealed and opened and counted in presence of some answerable authority.otherwise all black money will flow in to such people.all unaccountable money is of suspicious accounts.social service has no connection with politics.if somebody is political in past he can never get rid of partiality.many do social service as a profession to gain publicity and afterwards cash it by getting t.v. adds.,serials and sometimes even awards.many times the political parties support few from back curtain to give benefit.no movements for causes should be blackmailing or by creating pressure.if the demands are very soon admitted or early solution comes it means and create doubt of suspicion or conspiracy.

sometimes to give some position to the favorable person and to get the favorable results appointments in committees,boards and nigams are done.sometimes one is obliged or satisfied by giving portfolios or awards or grants.in democracy it is necessary that all should come through proper channel and the elected bodies ruling or opposition should be taken in confidence in appointing such.as per management system those who are already having other responsibilities should not be nominated this gives less attention due to extra responsibilities or extra work.such be given to the experts of this field already in parliament or assembly and can be selected.

so this is to bring attention of all concerned to such causes and those who are in this field of social service or are anxious to serve the country in this way will have to keep in mind the values of social help.any way there should be no personal interests or ambitions.thousands in india are doing social work but their intentions are not to get fame,popularity or focus.all causes are well known to educated,but due to some interest few get themselves in picture,and sometimes benefited also,there had been many social workers who donated all their belongings,gave whole of their life in social help. and never even thought of any returns.many such were like mother Teresa,Florence nightingale and hundreds in india.many even left their kingdom.there are hundreds of indian political leaders who never accepted any portfolio and worked for the country and social causes.

in the end i will brief that to finish corruption crime we will have to start from our homes,profession,parties,political representation.the understanding and willingness to serve the nation from the inner core of heart,seeing the benefit of masses and to forget personal and family interests to suppress own ambitions can only bring the difference.this can bring down the graph of crime.start from yourselves work only for nation forgetting religion,caste,creed or community.humanity and love for human-being will itself bring discipline and hate towards wrong.desires will itself suppress if common understand the values,proving the proverb,HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.simply making laws will not work they will act only on those who are caught red handed.to finish completely all will have to feel guilt for bribe etc.one can set example other can follow.but success will be if done impartially for all.feeling the responsibility people have given.
