To curb on terrorism it is very important to work on verifying photo id, pan card, driving license, ration card etc. which are used for opening bank accounts getting mobile phones, telephones, purchase of properties, starting of new business etc. Seeing the circumstances now it is very necessary to verify and identify the person at the location of the address provided by him. This should be done by a separate government or nodal agency which may be answerable if verification found wrong not by person deputed or appointed on adhoc. It is a very important job and not possible to be done perfectly on part time or after other duty. Correct verification should be done on permanent address and of all the persons mentioned in the ration card or voter list. Important documents must be sent by government postal agency for second verification, post man knows well about the resident of his area. If the person is educated he must fill the application form himself and if uneducated then the person should be mentioned who have filled the form for him to prevent forgery duplicacy and fake id’s. date of birth should be verified by birth certificate, or school attended. In cases of doubts the applications should be verified by local sabhasad, civil defense, gazzeted officer, retired govt. officers, or M.L.A, M.P. of respected area. Id should be made compulsory for all citizen of India for getting etectric, water, telephone connection, or for opening accounts in bank post office etc. which people use generally for address verification.

These days the criminal and anti social elements are not easily deducted because of high tech support, connectivity and some other support. Inventions have uses and abuses both. The question is how and who use them. Products are made for necessity but the others utilise them other ways measures are to be taken during selling of such.
I d proof either pan, license, rashan card, bank accounts, telephone connections, electricity connections should only be given to owner after spot verification. Verified by two near by residents. Documents should be sent through Indian postal services for second verification. No hand delivery. I d proof should be issued after checking the need and the applicant is fully trained, and need so. Any change of address should be compulsory and necessary. Concerned department of security can be asked for studying past criminals and anti social elements case history and in what sort of atmosphere they came from.(to be continued)

3c means control, co operation and cleanliness. Their are many things which governments cant control, it can make only laws and can make efforts to implement them and they are people who will have to comply, co operate and encourage people to know the losses of such and to prevent others doing so " prevention is better cure" is definitely universal truth.
The governments can't arrange to control crime, clean the cities, stations, other public places. Every body blames the govt. but they not see that is not possible to do everything by govt. staff. The govts.can not keep security & vigilance on every person. It can be only possible by management, anticurruption campaign, awareness among people to create love for the nation, true nationalism, true citizenship, true verifications of citizens with out any discrimination of cast and creed are very important. Every body should provide their profiles and it should be genuinely verified by some agency. More attention should be given towards education, help, proper running of government dept t, undertakings with complete monitoring by some non government non political deserving members of all fields for cleaning control people should be made disciplined. Every body spends a good amount on other expenses some should be spent to clean in front of their houses if every body throw garbage at the right place less man power will be needed to clean. N.g.o's to spent something to teach people to use public services, public toilets etc. though instructions are everywhere but few follow them. The awareness can only come by the program me on t.v. etc. media can play a important role, images can treat well to illiterates people. Poly packs use is a big problem, very less people knew the harm caused by them and they can be made aware of it harms. Social organizations can distribute good paper product eg- bags etc, so that it may come back in practice of people. Public places dirtiness can be prevented by punishment on spot the amount should not be high, it should be only for lesson or prevention. Big amounts gives chance of----------------- . Small collections also give high percentage of revenue. the corruption has arised only due to high percentage of taxes which the other want to save by other means this is also to be reviewed.
So in short i want to say that if we want to make our country/world beautiful, we will have to do a start from ourselves.

it is all sad what happened in Bareily during the visit of Mrs. sheila dixit c.m. delhi &others. it is a matter of apologisation. it all happened due no preparationby the adminstration concerned.These sort of incidents of stampedes occur in india during such events where huge crowds gather.Somebody shud b answerable and punishable for negligence.Civic senior authorities to b made answerable for all over REPUBLIC OF INDIA and they r selected in that manner. few solutions to reduce rush

m. g. road Agra is the lifeline of the city, it connects the whole city. many links are not available to reach from one end to another without using m.g. road. before common wealth games 2010 broadening maximum possible is very necessary. to stop jams processions, rallies, barat etc. should be allow to move on footpath side not covering the whole road, the movement of the traffic should not be stopped because the capacity of m.g. road is not possible for long time due to its less capacity for a long area. a visible marking should be marked between the road for clear bifurcation for the movement of traffic in a disciplined way. road can be broadened on bottleneck places by diversion on back side of the monuments which cant be removed this can be amicably settled if the government offers high rate compensation to the honers of the buildings. if more big structures will constructed in future it will be very hard to get space for broadening the road, still m.g.road is having space on sides for road broadening at many places. footpath on the whole road( not very broad) and not encroached to facilitate pedestrian. the traffic control should be made strict the challan procedure should be made easy on spot challan should be less only as a lesson. high amount challans give chances for the victim to find other ways to get rid off.
